This community is truly beautiful. The staff are kind, compassionate, and your loved ones will be well cared for in this wonderful setting. Their building is clean, the grounds are well manicured, and the food is delicious.

HomePlace has a way of making the resident feel special and good about themselves. They go on outings. They went to a Pumkin Patch and Tulip Tour to name a few. They help them make homemade soaps and ornaments, that they sell with all the proceeds going to the Alzheimer's Association. I can not say enough good things about HomePlace.

They make sure all residents are involved in activities, no matter their status of care. Family is always welcome to come and join in the daily routines. They make sure holidays are celebrated and that family can be invited to join the festivities. Looking forward to their Special Christmas dinner coming up soon. They could use more staff so other workers could have a day off. They do the best they can with the workers they have.

The Preserve has come to be an amazing community with great staff! Administration is so caring and chooses the best caregivers with great values that treat every resident like family! It’s clean, staff is friendly, food looks great, and the residents are always engaged.

From the first week of our loved one being there she has been super happy and from what we have heard from her, she loves the meals and dining service. Based on the experience we have had so far with Keepsake Village we would recommend them to other families. We do wish they could give the door code to the families when they come to visit - you have to have someone let you in/out of the building and sometimes you have to wait outside or go and bother someone. So at times it is a little inconvenient.

We moved our mother here from another facility out of frustration. Callaway provided outstanding care. The staff is highly trained, extremely compassionate and goes above and beyond on a daily basis. The facility is always clean and welcoming. We did not have a single complaint or worry as long as she was here. Cannot recommend highly enough. Wonderful team!

The staff is absolutely wonderful! I come to Blossom Grove to visit my wife every single day. There is never a day or moment where I don't feel welcome and that my wife isn't given the best care possible!

I like Blossom Grove Memory Care! Everyone here from care givers to the nurses to the administrators is so very nice. They take amazing care of my husband! We are very grateful for Blossom Grove and all the work they do!

The staff has been wonderful with my father! Everyone is always welcoming and excited! My father has a small dog, Peanut, that lives at home with myself. I love that I get to take Peanut to visit from time to time! It means so much to my father!

The staff and caregivers are always top notch. Everyone is always friendly. They listen to myself and are here to help. They also have a support group with i love joining! It feels like the community keep getting better every single day!

We had to urgently find a safe memory care facility for my mother who has dementia & are so grateful to have found Blossom Grove. Not only is the facility beautiful, the staff are all so kind & have made this transition for my mom & our family as easy as possible. I’m so grateful to Blossom Grove for being my mom’s safe new home & giving our family the reassurance that our mom is well cared for.

The preserve is a wonderful place, with friendly, kind and compassionate care staff. That make everyday a great community to live in. In our community residents enjoy daily activities that keeps them entertained and gives them purpose. Resident love to be out in the patio in a sunny day listening to music they love and singing along. This is a place where staff make every resident feel like home.

The whole community is clean and well maintained. Staffs are very accomodating and polite.Overall excellent service. You can see that this community is really built and constructed for the type of patients they accomodates.

Blossom Grove is a home away from home for my father and his family! The warmth and care and excellent care that every person there provides to my Dad and family is just like love! I can only hope that anyone considering a new home for their loved ones discovers Blossom Grove!

I have worked in senior healthcare for 35 years. I have known Blossom Grove to have a very good reputation in the community. I have been in the building many times. The building is beautiful. But more importantly, the staff are always welcoming, friendly, kind, and they care dearly for their residence. I have been to the building several times, and I am always greeted with a friendly smile. The building is always clean and orderly. Residents are happy and clean. The building is clean and orderly. I would highly recommend this community to anyone needing dementia care.

The overall tour experience was a 5. We liked them too, but they are assisted living only and it felt like right now that independent living is what my loved ones needed. If we get to the space where we need assisted living, Overland Court will be where we go.

For our situation, our loved ones both have different problems and Where the Heart is best facilitates them both without having to place them in two separate facilities. They have not been here long, but based off of the experience so far, we would recommend the facility to others,

I came to the Thanksgiving Luncheon yesterday to be with my dad, and it was so delicious. The care that was put into creating a day for loved ones to be able to have a holiday with our loved one as well as be able to spend it at home with immediate family was very thoughtful. Thank you to the amazing staff and Executive Director.

I really enjoyed participating in the Halloween Party with my daughter and my husband. Everyone was in costume, because the staff helped all the residents with costumes and makeup. The food was amazing! They provided sugar free desserts for my husband and others who are diabetic. I really appreciate their attention to everyone's medical needs while hosting a fun party.

My mom, wife and I enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving lunch at the Courte with my dad. The food and service was amazing! The staff at the Courte is always super friendly and responsive when we ask for things. My dod loves all of the staff and has been enjoying the luxury hotel feel of the Courte for the past 6 weeks.
