The staff at Morningside of Springfield have been great to my mom and to our family. They seem to really care about their residents, which creates a happy atmosphere.

Some of them are absolutely wonderful. I really feel like they care about my father. When he first went there he was in really rough shape, and all their attention really helped him. They messed up the medications a few times...seems to be a very paper heavy manual process. Feels like that could be more automated and controlled

My dad is LOVING his life at Fountainview! Beautiful apartments; delicious food, including amazing Sunday brunch; every conceivable amenity or service -- GREAT value; wonderful staff AND residents! He calls me every morning to tell me he has nothing to complain about. Also close to great outside restaurants and other "field trip" opportunities when you're ready to go off site. 10 minutes from PBI Airport for visiting friends and family. We Are Thrilled With Our Decision For Him to Move Here! He gets up every morning, makes coffee in his beautiful, full kitchen, sits out on the balcony and watches the sun rise over the West Palm Beach skyline as he sips his coffee and literally marvels over the richness of his life.

5 stars for all categories. We chose Palms of Mt. Pleasant mainly due to the value for the money and the convenience for our family. I would tell others that overall, it is just a great place to have your loved ones.

The activity director is amazing, but the med techs could be a little bit more friendly and I do with there was a bit more communication with the directors as to how our loved one is fitting in to the community. Maybe a monthly updated would be nice. I'm sure there are more communities out there but for the money this is a very reasonable choice for families on a budget. Based on the experience we have had so far with Morningview at Irving Park we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

My loved one is a resident at The Terrace at Priceville. We've been very pleased with this facility. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend The Terrace at Priceville to family and friends.

I'm currently a resident at Remington Club. Everything has been good-great for me at this facility. The activities are great. We went on a trip to a Casino earlier this week. We also have exercise classes, live music, and Blackjack tournaments.

Meadowood has generally been a great experience for us so far. The reason I didn't give a 5 in quality of care is they don't provide many included services, and haven't seemed to be checking in on my mom as much as they said (though it wasn't really expected anyway). They are overflowing with activities, and all the meals have been amazing so far. Some staff are friendlier than others, though it's mostly just in a more formal businesslike way. All this seems expensive to begin with to me, though this was easily the best deal I came across for a studio apartment, so I call it a great value.

The nursing staff/ CNAs were exceptional with caring for my loved one. They show that they care. Management staff is friendly and acknowledged family members when there to visit. They make themselves available in person, phone, or text. My loved one passed away at the beginning of this month. The support and care was exceptional to the end. I would definitely recommend this facility to others, I already have.

The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and responsive! We chose The Villa at Riverwood because of the fact that they provided 3 meals a day and also offer weekly housekeeping as well. I would totally recommend this location to others looking for independent living!

I would say that the balance between independence and care is just what she needed being mobile. She had the option to be very social or private as she chose- she was able to manage her own medication and self care while they provided meals housekeeping security and risk-free living. They also provide car services and weekly shopping trips for the residents. She had a great experience here at Forwood Manor.

We toured The Devon Senior Living and it was a great tour! The facility was very nice. The cleanliness and friendliness were great, definitely a 5 rating. The only downfall was the pricing, we were looking for something that was all inclusive.

The facility itself is set up to be very welcoming immediately when you walk in. Light, bright and comfortable. The staff, particularly [name removed] was extremely helpful in making the move from New York to North Carolina happen for Mom in the most seamless ways possible. The staff has welcomed my 100 year old mom with open arms.

The sales and transitions department were very helpful. They worked to make it a smooth process. There are lots of activities to keep busy. I would recommend to other families. I would recommend to other families.

I had a great experience with A Place for Mom. I used the service twice and both times I was provided multiple locations that met my requirements. I scheduled tours of each place and found great locations for my mom. My mom and myself have been very pleased.

Fieldstone did not have any vacancies. The tour guide, were very good and using your guide, I was able to ask all the right questions!

Most of the Rio Las Palmas staff have been great. Super friendly and professional. Especially [name removed]. She deals with all of the new residents and their families, walking them through the process and getting everyone comfortable with the new environment. There are some members of the staff that are less responsive to emails and voicemails. I'm still working with them to remedy the late, and or no replies, to my concerns and questions. The facility and its amenities are great. The housekeeping staff are awesome and really keep all of the rooms, as well as the common areas, clean and well kept. I cannot speak for the food because I haven’t actually had a meal there. That being said, my Dad seems to enjoy it and there is always a variety of options and daily planned meals.

What sticks out the most about The Forum at Lincoln Heights would be the very nice, warm and caring staff members. That was the main reason I chose this facility over others. I would recommend The Forum to others looking.

Everything that we were told was exactly as it has been. That the staff knows people by their names is excellent. My sister's room is clean, bright and lovely. Every service that Rio Las Palmas offers is excellent. Value for cost is excellent. One stand out, that was important for us is overall safety and protection for my sister we appreciate the effort. I would highly recommend Rio Las Palmas to any person who is looking for a place for their loved one.

It's reasonably priced. I picked this community because it has a swimming pool, dining room, amenities, and privacy. It's quite hospitable. I would recommend to other families.
