Overall things have gone well with HeartFields! My loved one seems well cared for, and the staff have been friendly and professional. We've had occasional issues, but they are always quick to do what they can to resolve any problems, which we appreciate.

GOT THE ENTIRE TOUR, ALL SMELLED FINE. STAFF VERY HELPFUL, VIEWED SEVERAL UNITS SO WE COULD SEE ALL AVAILABLE,LOCATION IS DARK AS TO LANDSCAPE DUE TO TREES WHICH MADE COTTAGES VERY DARK BUT CLEAN AND COZY. ALL IN ALL.............A NICE FACILITY.I RATE IT MINUS KNOWING HOW THE FOOD IS.

I would like to commend Stacy and Ruth on their hard work and heartfelt care and concern for their residents, future residents and their families. Although we could not place my mom in Leisure Park at this time...I wanted them to know how much our family appreciated all they had done for us. Thank you.

So far, they have been very attentive to my Aunt's needs. I think the amount charged for her med mgmt is too high, as she only takes 3 pills a day.

The service is wonderful. However there is a vast difference in the independent side of the building and the assisted side. When you enter the assisted side is shabby - there is no other word for it. its disheartening. I may still place my mom here because of all the good things that I have heard but it looks so run down.For the money they are charging - some new furniture and decorating would be a welcome sight.

Overall my father has done well here. The people are nice and attentive. He has had some belongings disappear (3 rings and a bedspread) that have never been located. This happened within the first few weeks he was there. It was reported and nothing else has gone missing. I suppose that could happen anywhere. However, at his request I did remove his jewelry from the residence His main complaint is that he has to take an elevator down to the dining room. This is difficult because he is in a wheelchair. No one routinely helps him. So far he has managed this task reasonably well but it is taxing. His room is bright. He is able to adjust the temperature to his liking. His clothes are washed regularly and put away for him. I am kept informed of any changes in his condition.

Mom has been very happy since moving into Fox Hollow. The only bad thing I've noticed is that the staff seem to spend a lot of time chatting and cutting up with each other.

So far I'm pleased with the services offered by Cameron Hall. They've provided everything that they promised they would when we signed up. It's a nice looking place, the care is good, and the staff all seem friendly and professional.

My mother in law was very happy. Lots of activities that appealed to her. The apartments and common areas are very nice and clean. Feels like your in a fancy hotel.

I loved the facility and the cottages would be perfect.I liked the space of the campas and the services offered. The only thing that would steer me away from Heartland is the price.

A good place to live. The food is good and there are good selections. Overall attentive staff and care givers. Would recommend to others. Great location and small facility.

Clearwater is a good place for older individuals to live. It is always friendly and well taken care of, The food, according to my mother, is great and she likes ordering off a menu. The care givers generally are attentive and caring. I would recommend this based on size and location.

My parents enjoy it. My parents are happy. I wish they’d expand their shuttle service. The food is fine. The best feature for the community is the friendliness of the staff. An experience with a community is almost always a very complicated and nuanced experience to express. The most important thing though is that my loved ones are happy.

The only negative experience we had was that it was it hot. The air conditioner had broken in my loved one’s room and that just left the room very hot. There is enough parking. The staff is very friendly and that was their best feature.

We’ve only been there a little while. There was a little issue with the bed linens. They could be clearer about the dietary options. We were told they offer gluten free diet options and mostly it’s just they offer guidance on avoiding gluten. The activities seem really good.

Admission process very easy, good communication with family

Overall, we have been very happy with this community! There are many places for residents to gather and socialize, like sitting rooms and outdoor areas. There is a great cheery atmosphere, with birds and fish. There seems to be a lot of activities, and the food seems good overall. The only negative is that there are only basic TV channels, and there is no way of getting cable with additional channels. Otherwise, it is a great community.

It was nice, it was beautiful. We considered it, but it was in kind of a busy location, there was a casino right across the street. It felt kind of boxed in, not free flowing. They also didn't offer shuttle service outside of the Carson area, so Dr. appointments would have been difficult for us. Beautiful but not the right fit for us.

This is a very nice place. The staff is friendly and the community is kept clean. My loved one liked it there. It's a rather large community, and very active.

Lovely facility. Clean and well maintained common areas. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Residents seemed happy and comfortable.
