Five Star Senior Living

I toured Summit Place on behalf of my father. Generally, I liked it. I really liked [Removed], the woman who showed us around. She seemed very caring. She was constantly engaging with staff and residents throughout the tour, and was really knowledgeable. If there was anyone who had a need, she made sure to make others aware so the problem could be solved. I thought that the rooms were fine, the facility was lovely, and I liked that they had large windows to let in lots of light. However, the only room that was available for us at the time was a double room in memory care, and I just wasn’t sure dad was ready for that yet.

Morningside of Charlottesville was a nice community. They were in the process of updating the facilities at the time of our tour. Also when we toured they had mostly shared rooms available. We chose another community based on our care needs.

I had a pleasant tour of this community. It is a nice facility with kind people. Everyone was kind, and friendly to my family, and I. It is a nice looking community, everything looked nice, and clean. The staff was polite, and helpful. The experience was a nice one, and I did not have any problems with my tour of this community.

The community is beautiful - lots of woods. We had a good tour and everybody we met was nice. They were professional and they were able to give us answers we needed. We needed 3 meals a day and a huge bedroom for a king size bed. When we were shown around the community the bedroom was not large enough. They were not fitting for our needs.

I toured this community for my father, and his needs everything went well, and everyone was kind. The community from what I saw was clean, and appeared to be well-kept. The staff I met was friendly. I did find another community that met our needs better, but my tour of this facility was nice.

When we were looking for options for my dad and not knowing exactly what we were going to do we had taken a tour of this community. It was a nice place it appeared clean and well kept. The staff seemed to be friendly at the time. However, my major issue was that they only offered assisted living and not memory care and I knew I was going to need memory care at some point.

I had a nice tour of this community. I toured it for my sister, and her needs. The community looked good from what I was shown. The staff was kind, and helpful. My tour guide was nice, and answered all my questions. It was not the community for her, but my tour was pleasant one.

I have no complaints of how things went during my tour of this place recently. I think the staff have done a great job presenting the community and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. The floor plan was open and easy to navigate through. It was just not the right fit in the end decision for my loved one but I would recommend it to anyone

We toured the HeartLands Senior Living Village at Elliott City. It was a nice facility and was nicely landscaped. It had a wide open lay out where the dining area was quite a distance for the residents to have to walk to the dining area from their rooms. I thought this might prove difficult for my mom. We chose another community that was a better fit for her needs.

I'am pleased with my move to this community. So far everything is working out pretty well, and I'am pleased. I do feel comfortable, everyone has been very welcoming. The community is always very well-kept. The staff is wonderful, and they are always willing to help. They provide nice meals, and offer good activities. I would recommend this community, it is working out well for myself.

Initially highest price but medium price after incentives expire on highest price option. Experienced staff and a facility that cares about Residences.

On the tour I saw a community that definitely was a little more run down looking. I did like it better for being closer to me. I did notice the way it set up require more walking from place to place. That would have been more difficult for my mom.

I needed a good price for 2 bedrooms with the option to get some exercises in with the community. I wanted a simple community for my pet and I. I enjoyed the lunch with them but they did not have a room available for the first floor.

It's going much better here at The Wellstead of Rogers & Diamondcrest since they have moved mom into another unit where the residents are more compatible with her mind set. We really like the fact this community is all about memory care. My dad and I visit my mom often and the staff is very welcoming when we come and spend time with her. The staff is excellent, there is a good staff to resident ratio. They are still getting to know my mom and give her the best care possible. My dad has dined here with mom and he thinks the food is very good. It is served family style and there are choices for the main courses with lots of variety. They have an ice cream social every day. They have a locked patio courtyard that we can have BBQ's and hold family events. We are still settling in but we feel she is a safe environment and well cared for.

My father is doing well since his move to this community. I do feel he is safe, and in good hands. They have a good staff, and they are taking good care of him, and his needs. When I visit the community everything is nice, and clean. This community is working out pretty well for us, and I would recommend it.

An older facility but beautiful setting with trees away from A very busy road. Light and airy.

We toured this facility and it was very nice. If anything, the tour was a bit rushed, but it was just fine besides this.

First community I visited. Residence where engaged in an activity. Nicely decorated and residence where well groomed. Liked the smaller dining areas but could use more color in these rooms. Wasn't to sure about the points rating used for personal care and med management. I would need to better understand before committing.

This is good community, and my tour of it went well. The community looked very nice, everything was very well maintained from what I saw. The staff was friendly, and kind. My tour guide was nice, and informative. Everyone was very polite, and welcoming. It was a good experience.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my self since I have moved into this community. The staff have been helpful and attentive to all my needs. I like the different activities they have for all of the residents as well as my dinning experience with the other residents. I am overall very happy with my move and would recommend it to anyone interested.
