I want to share with other's seniors looking for independent living at it's finest. Novel Place Overland Park. I moved to Novel Place in Overland Park from me. Table Rock Lake are in Southern Missouri October 2021. What a wonderful experience moving to Novel Place has been since my first day! The facility is beautifully decorated., fabulous art pieces, such a warm and peaceful atmosphere. Neighbors are so very friendly and welcoming. I felt home immediately. The meals are excellent as well as a great variety. Abundant daily activities to enjoy along with a transportation bus for outings and appointments. The administrators and all the staff at Novel Place are exceptional. Always available to answer questions. I give Novel Place Overland Park a 10+ rating. what a perfect decision for my new home.

Novel Place provides me with everything I need to live a fun-filled, care-free life at an affordable price. What a great place to call home!

This community was my second choice and it was a really good tour. I felt really good about the community. This community was a bit to far away from where I wanted my loved ones to be. They are still driving and we wanted them to be in an familiar area without the highway.

Novel Place senior community in Overland Park Kansas is a welcoming community of active Seniors featuring an abundance of social opportunities. Remarkedly congenial family atmosphere. Located in the heart of many interesting coffee shops, cafes and restaurants in an upscale suburb of the Kansas City area. Tastefully decorated. Responsive Management and Staff truly care about the well-being of the residents.

We chose Novel Place because they had all the amenities my mom was looking for and the staff were all very friendly. The facility is brand new and very clean. The apartment sizes are perfectly adequate. The ongoing friendliness and helpfulness of the staff really sticks out to us, they go out of their way to make sure residents are happy and have what they need. I would absolutely recommend to others.

Novel Place is beautiful, including courtyard. It is pristine. Staff is smart, sharp, and readily available - at all levels. Food is good - chefs are very accommodating to food allergies, etc. All in all - it feels good!

The staff is our #1 asset beginning with the administrator right down the line to culinary, maintenance, housekeeping, and chauffer. Culinary provides chef prepared meals! What more could we ask for!

This is the third senior living place that I have lived in Blue Springs it is by far and away the best . After the last year we seniors badly need to interact with each other . I definitely find the staff friendly, helpful, and caring. The dining area is attractive and the food is very good and nicely presented. I have not used the transportation service, but appreciate that it is available. I feel Novel Place is a good value with many amenities. This is surely a new lifestyle for me, and I'm finding this a "happy place", and I'm feeling more at home each day.

Staff is friendly caring. Good amenities and value. It's a worry-free lifestyle. Very happy with everything here. My dog loved everyone here too.

I am thrilled to be here-best decision I made in years. Staff is great you won't find a better group. Monthly expenses are reasonable and value is high. Other residents have become a second family.

Novel Place is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Novel Place has kind, effective managers, & good food. The chef makes every effort to please residents with menus.

Azpira Place is a newer community, it is a very nice community and beautifully maintained. We have been very happy so far, our loved one is a big picky eater but overall the meals are good. They provide very good service especially with their nursing staff. We moved our loved one in during the height of the pandemic and they were extremely accommodating and very gracious. They allowed up to come visit and come and go whenever we wanted. Also, house keeping is always on top of our loved ones room, they do a fantastic job.
