I cannot say enough positive things about Galloway Senior Living. Transitioning my dad to Memory Care was a tough decision for our family, but ended up being a great decision. The staff is truly exceptional—kind, compassionate, and engaging. The CNA’s take the time to understand the unique needs of each resident, ensuring personalized care; and the nurses keep us informed of any concerns or changes in behavior. In addition, the activity coordinator keeps my dad active throughout the day through fun and engaging activities. Families are always welcome, and Galloway regularly hosts family events that bring everyone together. In addition, the owners are responsive and genuinely value feedback from residents’ families. We are grateful for the care the Galloway team provides to our dad.

Galloway Senior Living is definitely a hidden gem for Seniors! The moment I entered, the warmth and feeling of comfort instantly took over. The brightness, decor and furnishings in the common areas are perfect for this setting. The apartment is exceptionally large for a studio. The amenities are impressive, so many activities to choose from! This is definitely assisted living at it's very best! The views from the huge windows are beautiful! The awesome friendly staff, as well as the wonderful owners really make this truly a welcoming home! Our lovely 99 year old is thriving here! I'm so grateful to have found Galloway Senior Living! And believe me, I've looked at many, many others. None even come close to the value this community offers as a whole!

My father recently moved in to Galloway Senior Living. We both can't believe how happy and friendly the staff and residents are. The place is very clean and well decorated, giving it a very comfortable feel. I have nothing but positive things to say about Galloway.

Everyone is so friendly at Galloway Senior Living and you can tell that both the staff and residents are truly happy. My father in law just keeps raving about how nice everyone is, how much he enjoys the activities, how good the food is, and that he can't believe that he's able to stay in a place like this. You can tell that the staff pays attention to the residents and they definitely get high quality care. You can also tell that the owners are in this business for the right reasons and that they truly care. We knew this was the right place for him the first time we visited.

They make you feel as if the resident are the most important not just making money!

I have been very impressed with Novel Blue Springs. I have all of the amenities I need here. The pool is excellent.

I have taken the tour at Galloway twice and also attended a Christmas function they held for the residents. I really liked how it was set up for residents to feel like they are home but also enjoy the benefits of a very nice hotel (which the property began as). The rooms are well laid-out for safety and functionality, and very tastefully decorated with personal touches. The food was also first-rate and nutritious, with a quality more like you would find at a good restaurant with a creative chef. A couple residents mentioned that there was a good variety and not a monotonous menu. The staff were all friendly and clearly knew how to handle the needs of the residents. I highly recommend Galloway to anyone looking for a senior living solution.

Galloway is a really clean and brand new facility. It has a lot of great activities and hosts events. It just started about a year ago so it’s not totally full yet I think. Also large units that all seem to get good sunlight.

Beautiful place!!! Staff is amazing. They are so good with our[name removed]. She needs a little extra attention and they are always available for her. Lots of activities. She seems very happy there! Highly recommend!!!

The staff is friendly and professional. Physical therapists are on-site. The hallways, common areas, and dining rooms are bright and cheerful and nicely decorated. The apartments are large and well appointed. Each apartment is surrounded by special purpose spaces. Crafting rooms, movie rooms, rooms for reading and writing letters, you name it. These thoughtful common spaces transform separate apartments into a community of friends.

Galloway is a luxurious community with great design, amenties, events and offering. The food is top tier and many choices. The Golf course setting is perfect for senior living. The building is modern and feels like a resort. Well staffed as well. You can feel the quality of the place when you walk into the lobby. Would recommend a 100%.

My father has been a resident at Galloway for about 8 months. We visited many other facilities in making our decision and it came down to the employees at Galloway. Our family believes that is that more critical aspect in selecting a community for a loved one.. Overall, the team has been caring and we have enjoyed being part of the Galloway family. They are constantly striving to Improve and promptly address any concerns our family have brought to the staff's attention.

Galloway creates a warm, patient centered and individualized care environment. They have delivered on their promise to care for my dad like he is part of their family. They are attentive and responsive to my dad’s changing needs. We are so grateful for the care he receives at Galloway!

We toured many facilities as a possible home for our loved one with Alzheimer's Disease. We are happy we chose Galloway Senior Living. We all feel it is an extension of our family. The staff is very caring. The best thing there is the laughter. So much to be happy about in this unlikely environment.

The tour was comprehensive, highlighting the beautiful and well-maintained living spaces, common areas, and range of activities. What stood out most to me was how happy and engaged the residents seemed to be. I also appreciated how the team took the time to answer my questions thoughtfully. It’s clear that Galloway Senior Living is a community where residents are valued and supported. This is definitely a place I’d feel comfortable entrusting with my grandmother's care

My mother-in-law moved in to Galloway Assisted living [date removed]. She loved being there for 10 months and loved the food. I visited her quite often and began volunteering with Bingo. I also volunteered helping with crafts along with group outings to restaurants, ice cream shops and shopping. It was and still is fun for me to hang out with the residences . They all are a wonderful loving group of people.

I recently toured Galloway Senior living in Wadsworth, IL and I was thoroughly impressed. The facilities is brand new, with a beautiful modern design. It has such a welcoming atmosphere. There are several different room types to choose from and they are all spacious. They have variety of activities for residents. The meals that I saw that were provided looked delicious and well-made. 3 meals are served daily!! It appears that the staff and management is also very accommodating to All of its residents. They treat them like family of their own. Prices are reasonable. This will be the place that we choose when my Mom is ready . Galloway is the best facility in the Lake County area that meets all our needs.
