Cedarbrook is GREAT! All of the staff is helpful and kind. They encourage my mom, Nana to get involved. There are so many daily activities. We are all so pleased. Staff is tremendous. Readily available and eager to help. There are three meals a day and options available. Every meal is like eating in a restaurant.

Good community, it was further from family than we wanted.

It's probably the best thing my sister and I have done for our mother. We don't have to worry about her at Cedarbrook. It's clean. It's friendly. They keep an eye on her. And she's able to keep her cat. We wish there were a few more activities in the Crossroads program (between assisted living and memory care). But it has been wonderful.

They are not much busier from when they opened, mostly due to COVID, but they need more activities OUTSIDE the facility and maybe another van etc. Still a lot of responsibility on family to go to store and get essentials. One van once a week. And not a lot of flexibility. I also think they need to post the AGENDA of the day on Facebook so family knows what's happening. Also they should have a tech center where residents can use computer once in a while. Residents get "free" cable for one TV and WiFi. Phones are extra charge. My mom doesn't (can't)use cell phone, so landline is only option. It should be in the bundled group price.

We chose Cedarbrook Village at Ware because of the convenient location and the access to get in right away. I looked for a place that could accept her immediately and they were able to accommodate that. I am very happy that we ended up here. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The maintenance man is very quick to fix things whenever she puts in a request. The facility itself is very clean. Every resident I have spoken with seems to love it here. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

My mom and dad rave about it. The staff are responsive and always helpful - they are fantastic. During the whole admissions process they really took their time. They work hard on building a personal relationship with each of the residents which I feel is very important. I would absolutely recommend Colebrook Village at Hebron.

For most part things are good. Have had an issue with scheduling for dr appt. transport. It was missed. An issue with paperwork being delayed for long term care ins. But it did go through. We are working out the kinks. And adjusting. Care is good. Food is good. Activities seem adequate.

We had incredible experience here. The staff were great to work with and would do anything for my loved one and family. The residents were able to pick and choose what they want for meals. For example a resident could choose to have prime rib each night. If the resident had a hard time to ordering off a menu, the staff would bring a plate around and ask the residents what they wanted this way to make it easier on them.

We had a great experience. The staff is attentive and super helpful to the family. The communication was fantastic, I could call at anytime and they would answer my questions or address my concerns. They would also call if there were any concerns about my loved one. It would be nice to see more diverse activities offered to the residents.

Cedarbrook Village at Ware has been absolutely wonderful! I like that it's new and clean. I also like that my dad has people he can hang out with who are all very friendly. He got out of the hospital recently and they were all welcoming him back and going out of their way to visit with him. They're all very friendly! I have never ran into any staff member that I'd have an issue with. It truly is a kind and friendly place to be.

Our Mom joined Cedarbrook Village last year and she is doing wonderfully! The staff is exceptional! The residents benefit from their loving, attentive care every day. The residents enjoy the staff's creativity when they celebrate every holiday and special occasion with fun, interesting activities for everyone. Cedarbrook Village was the perfect choice for our Mom and we highly recommend it for your loved one!

Compared to a nursing home the value for the cost is much better and based on our experience so far with the Elmbrook Village community we would recommend to others.

Of course you never truly know how a community will be until your loved one moves in. But the person I met with on the tour was very friendly, and the place looked lovely. It was just just too far away from where I live.

Our tour at Colebrook Village at Hebron was great. We had a really tough decision to make between them and another facility. Really it came down to location, and we chose the other facility because it was closer and therefore easier for our family to get there to visit.

We chose Cedarbrook because of the value for the money and it is brand new. I feel like it is a diamond in the rough. She is in a companion suite and they are HUGE and super nice. She has her own kitchenette area, breakfast nook, and living room area. Their nursing staff is excellent, they check in on her all the time and are great with communication to the families. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

This community is very pleasant and well taken care of. Come with a lot of questions and make sure that you have all of the information that you need. As I have been here I am still finding out information that I was not aware of, not bad things just things I couldn't understand until I got here. Be ready with questions. This community feels like a hotel and very bright.

Very nice place. Neat and clean. Staff is very loving and caring to my dad. It is nice that most of the staff local to the Ware area.

I would tell others that it is the place that I feel like that my loved one is able to live their best life. There is lots to do, and lots of engagement. The staff are transparent and proactive with communication. They are accessible when you have concerns about your loved one. The food is tailored to my loved one, there are accepting of dietary restrictions with variety. They even have theme nights to keep the residents engaged.

We chose Cedarbrook Village because it was relatively close and it was a newer facility. We walked in and most the people here were local who work there and we liked that. The room sizes at the facility are excellent and he is very happy with it. I would highly recommend and already have.

I was quite impressed from the first time I told this community, on through making the arrangements to bring my sister here to live in the memory care unit. The facility itself is very attractive and has many fine amenities. This includes and movie theater, a pub, a chapel, a salon, banquet room, and peaceful courtyard. All staff members that I have dealt with are very kind, helpful, and attend to residents' needs and well-being. I highly recommend Cedarbrook Village as a great choice for living.
