The staff were really nice, and my loved one liked the other patients. Rehab therapy went really well. He was able to come home sooner than expected. The nurses were helpful and accommodating. I have no complaints about the staff. They made accommodations for my loved one's diet. I was able to get in touch with them if I needed to.

The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, friendly, and share with me any time of the day if there's anything she needs. It's like family there! I like it! The staff are all wonderful. They are very watchful of what she eats and doesn't eat. It's good, but not gourmet. Nursing, social service, nutrition, and the director of nursing are all very good at keeping me up to date.

The people, the atmosphere, quality, activities, therapy, the entire bundle, is great! I am very seldom impressed, but I am very impressed with this place! Nursing is all very competent.

They are providing good care. My loved one is always happy with the meals.

Everything is great!

They helped my loved one. She got good physical therapy. She is up and moving around. It is clean. They serve typical hospital food--not too much salt or spices.

The care is wonderful, they are responsive to patient needs. They are caring, nurturing, supportive. My loved one has done so well under their care. The physical therapy is fantastic, activities are excellent, it's clean, and she's happy there. The dining area is small, but it is a smaller facility, so I think it's adequate. A lot of the patients prefer to eat in their rooms, but it's nice they have the option. The food is very good, it looks nutritious. If there's any issues, like if it's too cool, they heat it up for her right away. Communication is very good, but we haven't met with doctor yet. If I ask questions, they make time for me, but I would like just a little more updates.

My loved one is happy there; that's the most important. At first, there was an issue with the nurses, but it was resolved quickly and it has been great since. The staff are very nice. They keep me updated. The communication is very good.

Overall, it is excellent. The nurses are very concerned about my loved one and take good care of her. The staff are cooperative and very helpful. They do an extremely good job keeping it clean. The food is very good. The communication is very good.

It's a really good place to be a rehab. Everybody I talk to all says they are the best. Everyone is really nice. I like everyone there. My loved one is happy with all the food there.

The communication has been great so far from the facility! We are very pleased.

They remember from when my mother was there, and it was excellent care. They are at a high caliber here. The therapy is excellent, and I am very impressed with the therapists. The nurses are super and right there for my father. They do not let him get away with anything. The aides work hard. It is very clean. They check the toilet and trash. The level of communication is fine and better than the hospital. My father complains about the nurses coming late to help him, and the food is disappointing, but some of it is great.

This facility was incredible. A year prior, we had to take my mother to another facility, and we were really let down there. We were hesitant about her going to Park View because we felt as though facilities all might be similar. Park View was completely different - they made this a pleasant experience for both my mother and our family. The staff is very attentive and on top of it. They monitored her well and were also reactive. For example, if they saw that she was losing weight they would incorporate items into her diet that would help with this. We had absolutely no problems with the staff! My mother loved the meals! They could tell me the percentage of the breakfast and other meals she ate. If they thought she was losing weight they would up her meals. The facility does really well with communication as well. I just loved that they were able to tell me the percentages of what she was eating of her meals. Having this information available to me was such a relief.

Everybody is so friendly and my loved one gets excellent care there. The rehab therapy is very good. The nurses are great. The staff are great. They always speak to you. The meals are very good. The communication is very good. They tell my loved one what they are going to do. We are very pleased.

The people are so good, right there when you need them. There are enough nurses. The social worker lets me know anything I need to know.

The place has really good help and is really clean. Therapy is good. The nurses are very good and in my loved one's room often. The staff is very friendly. It's very clean there. The meals are very good.

Its been wonderful! Of course my husband is anxious to get home, but really, I could not have asked for better. The meals are good. They taste home cooked to me, ya know, family style! The doctor has weekly get togethers with us to evaluate the patients and answer any questions, and I think that is great!

They have great service. The therapists take good care and it is a nice experience. The nurses and aides are excellent. The food is okay.

I have recommended this place to many of my church friends and there family members. It’s very nice place, excellent service and great food. Every time I go in with friends it’s very busy, with activities and music playing. It always smells amazing. I was a CNA for many years and by far this is the nicest facility I’ve ever walked into. And yes I have walked in a lot of them. Best one in Eugene Oregon. We were going to put my mother in but her cancer took her before we could. The staff was so helpful and supportive to me. I and my friends have had nothing but amazing outcome with this wonderful blessing faculty. You can’t judge a place by some people who are mad at this place for whatever reason. You need to go take a tour. Decide on your own. Promise you won’t be unhappy. Best place in town.
