Emerson Senior Living

I would tell everyone that Emerson is a friendly place that take great care of their residents. We picked Emerson for cost, amenities and location.. [name removed]loves it! She loves the food and her apartment. She is always talking about it!

A year ago we were helping [name removed] clear out a house he had lived in for 20 years. It was somewhat of a struggle to get him to give up possessions he felt were necessary in his life. Well he has been at Emerson for 14 months now & is enjoying everyday of zero responsibility, friends to talk to & just the right amount of personal items. Thank you, all the staff at the Emerson for your help.

The kitchen and dining room staff are awesome. The housekeeping needs a lot of improvement. The front staff do not communicate with family unless you've initiated it. The meals are great, my dad loves them. I think the management staff should pay more attention to the residents to notice if there's anything out of the normal routine that might alert them to something being wrong. Overall, I would recommend this facility to others.

What sticks out the most about Emerson on Harvest Hill would be the staff members. They are great and friendly people to work with. Very helpful and informative as well. I would absolutely recommend Emerson to others looking for independent living.

It's been a beautiful place for all of us really, and he is enjoying being there. When it comes to the activities they have cards/games pretty much every day, happy hour every Friday, and grub club on Friday. They really are wonderful people there . [name removed] at Emerson is definitely special and I believe you can feel how much everyone truly loves the people there. Emerson also has on site PT/speech ect and it's costing us nothing additional. Based on the experience we have had so far with Emerson at Rosemeade we would recommend this community to other families.

The staff is wonderful! Lots of activities to do including the transportation and off-site dinner groups and I love they take us on fun excursions. For instance in April they are taking residents to Ennis TX to tour the bluebonnet fields and then we are going out to lunch. It's really feels like extended family.

I've made several friends here at Emerson, and the staffing here is great. So many activities that go on throughout the day, there's always something to do. Overall, it really is a wonderful place, glad to be here at Emerson.

Emerson on Harvest Hill has good staffing, good dining service and the activities we have here are amazing. I’m glad I can be part of the poker group and pool tournament. [Name removed] is always a good help with technology.

Came to Emerson 6 months ago. From the first day, the explanation and walk through was well done. It's been exactly as explained. Staff is SUPERB. They go out of the way to make sure we're well taken care of.

I had fallen at my home several times since I have been living on my own, my daughter suggested that I move to a independent community so we looked online and called Emerson to tour and I moved in and have not regretted it!

The reason I moved into the Emerson is because my wanted me closer to him and I am so happy here. I enjoy helping others and I have met so many friendly people, staff, and I love it here.

My son and I were leaving Walmart-Webb Cable and Harvest Hill and we saw the Emerson at Harvest Hill bus with the driver/[name removed] waiting for some of the residents to finish shopping. My son approached [name removed] regarding Emerson on Harvest Hill, they talked a good 5-10 minutes. Next thing I know my son called me to say we're going on a tour, I signed on the dotted line to become an Emerson on Harvest Hill resident. Have not regretted my decision!

I have had nothing but a wonderful experience here since day one. I needed to find a place quickly while my dad was in a rehab facility. Every employee here is professional, kind, genuine, etc.. They are always available to answer my questions or check on my dad when needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Moved in [date removed] with husband, when it was known as Corinthian. Having lived in Far North Dallas since 1993, the neighborhood was familiar. Friends and shopping didn’t have to change. After investigating assisted living and independent living across Dallas metro area. The location and price worked to choose NW Carrollton. My husband has since died here. The property was very supportive during his illness. I or insurance helped with health care expenses. I chose to remain at Emerson, I am very comfortable, after [dates removed]

Absolutely joyous over our Mom's new home. 10 stars. Heaven sent home!

Our experience with Emerson at Rosemeade Park has been an incredible blessing. Every resident comes with his or her own set of needs, and five years ago when mom arrived at Emerson she had just experienced a major life trauma and needed time and space to heal and rebuild. In our case—or, rather, in Mom's case she needed a place that would allow her the freedom to charter new relationships, experience new things and continue to grow in her later years. Emerson has provided that platform for my mom within a network of support, safety and caring. Nearly every weekend mom is picked up and spends the weekend with us. Every car ride is filled with "the latest at the Emerson". It is — by far — the best part of her visits and even the kids can't wait to ask Nana for the latest report. Her stories have been consistent. She adores the staff and feels cared for and heard. PT on staff has been a massive breakthrough for mom and the food is good and getting better!

I wish the cleaning team could be more thorough. I spoke to the person that was cleaning my mom's room and said they are not allowed to dust. However the person that is currently cleaning does dust a little because we asked if she could do so. My mom has severe dust allergies and is important for her room to be dusted for respiratory reasons that leads to pneumonia.

I have had a wonderful experience living at Emerson and would highly recommend it to everyone. I feel safe, respected, and honored to be a part of a wonderful group of people.

Tenants and staff are very friendly and food is great! Great value. My Dad and his pup are very happy there and adjusted well. Very clean and cute rooms. Nicely maintained grounds. All inclusive.
