Elite Manor

I met with Gladys [removed] and we had a very good talk. I found her very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable with her. Positives: Good location. Clean and well-maintained house - both inside and out. The room is shared but there is a large bathroom within the room. The residents who were there seemed happy there. Negatives: Price is a little high for a shared room.

They are really clean and very friendly. They have been really good. The only thing I've heard about the food is, that they only eat chicken. I chose it because, I really liked the overall cleanliness of the house and the friendliness of the staff. It seemed like a really good fit. We are really happy there.

Overall I found the visit invaluable. Elite Manor has a cordial, professional staff.

From the moment I walked into this community I got an eerie feeling. The community was not clean and it looked shabby and the paint was chipped off the wall. The residents were just sitting around each other doing nothing. The price was cheap and as the saying goes you get what you pay for. In this community that would not be much. I would not send anyone that I know here.

Not impressed. Carpets dirty, not a good feeling. Would not leave mom there.

Left review out of sadness for the loss of my mom. Care was inadequate but I don't want the memory of my mom being cluttered with bad thoughts

My mom was taken to the hospital from Elite Manor severely dehydrated with a UTI infection and a stage 4 bed sore. 9 days later my mom was dead. The apologies from [name removed] at the hospital were to little to late. Where was she to over see employees. Maybe overseeing several care facilities and working in a hospital is to much. I am sad angry and depressed that this has happened. I wonder how many other moms have been found to have poor care and end up suffering and die.
