Elevated Estates

Elevated Estates of New Port Richey is a small facility and is Memory Care only. That is a good thing since most of the other Assisted Living facilities have Independent residents and sometimes it's difficult for the residents to understand why some can go out and others cannot. The staff is very caring and since they are small, they get to know each resident individually. They know them by name and they know their habits and traits. Communication is typically done by email for anything that is needed. They will send an email to let you know. Additionally, they will call and text. For instance, if someone is taking my loved one out for the day or for an appointment, someone will call me and ask for permission first. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others. It doesn't have all of the bells and whistles and glamour that most of the others do, but then again the price is thousands less than what I have seen elsewhere. The care is also top-notch.

What our family likes the most about the Elevated Estates Edwinola Community is the friendliness of the residents living there as well as the staff members who work there. They are very responsive and helpful to any requests we may have.

5s across the board of Elevated Estates of New Port Richey. It is a smaller environment which seems to be better for [name removed]. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families. There seems to be more attention given to the residents

My mother receives excellent care and services from everyone at Forest Oaks. She is very happy there and she knows the staff have her best interests. I'm so lucky that Forest oaks is a Great Facility for her and us. I trust them completely.

They have been helpful, and friendly. They have knowledgeable staff. We picked this community because, of the location and they also accepted various insurance plans. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

Our uncle has been very happy with his experience as have we. They have taken very good care of him and gone above and beyond to ensure he has what he needs. They are also very available for questions or family needs as well.

The staff at Forest Oaks make you feel like you are part of their family. My grandma loves being there. They are always doing something fun and all of the staff interacts with the residents. I've even seen [name removed]and [name removed]dancing with the residents and having fun with them. The food is good and plentiful. The building is spotless. Excellent caregivers and med techs. We highly reccomend this property

The care at Forest Oaks is second to none. The building is immaculate. The staff is very attentive and loving. There is a very professional administrative team in place who truly care for their residents.

Overall, we're very happy with the care my aunt is receiving there. The staff has been very accommodating and always returns my calls promptly to address any issues or concerns I may have. [name removed] in sales and [name removed]the Wellness Director have been exceptionally helpful in her transition and care. Great place!
