I thought the staff were very helpful. They understood our family situations and they did their best to make my mom comfortable during her stay here. I would recommend The Chelsea at Bald Eagle to others looking.

It was a bit expensive, but the quality was evident.

This is a good facility, much better than the last place mom lived in. The food is much better than the previous facility. Mom sometimes doesn't like a meal here and there, but overall it's good. They offer a good variety of activities. Mom hasn't participated in them yet, but they're really trying to encourage her to. The cost is higher than her last facility, but it's a better place all around and you get what you pay for. The value is great, but price is a bit high. Overall, mom is happier here. The only real issue we had was getting a landline phone put into her room. She has trouble using a cell phone, so we requested a landline for her. It took a couple of months to get it, but she has one now. The facility is clean, housekeeping does a good job both on the facility and with her room. I have and will continue to recommend this facility to family and friends.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked this facility we wish our loved one could of gone there but because of the level of care they were not able to take him

Not one to write many reviews, but I am glad we decided to have my father live in the memory care at Inspired Living in Royal Palm Beach. A very difficult decision it was to make initially researching and touring 6 different facilities. Immediate impression that was notable is that the grounds are cared for, interior building and residential areas are open and clean, the staff friendly and the residents were also looking cared for and smiles and conversations were a part of walking through. In my father's circumstance, he wasn't eating or speaking much as became normal in the months before, there was a decline in those factors among others which led to the difficult decision. Within a couple of weeks he was more alert and smiling. Interacting more than he had in nearly a year. This and the fact he actually was gaining a few pounds and needing some additional larger pants was a sign he was enjoying the food as well. I tell people all the time - how clean it is, how great the food is, how great the people are , how nice everybody treats you, and how well taken care of the residents are. It's a phenomenal place. It's very expensive, but I think it's worth it.

My sister has only been there a few months. We have had no issues at all. Matter of fact, we have seen an improvement in her overall we are extremely satisfied and so happy that you were able to help us find them. Thank you

We are pleased with the accommodations and services at Inspired Living. They treat my in-laws respectfully, and my in-laws feel safe and cared for.

I would tell a friend to check it out. All staff members are very qualified and willing to help. The aides need to be more willing to help and stick to the work - and schedule they are given. I know it's not an easy job but a smile goes a long way. It even improves your own attitude.

This was a nice community. We were looking for assisted living and they only offered memory care. Also, it was more than we wanted to spend.

The staff are great to work with and are helpful in answering my questions. This has been the best experience we have experienced. The staff are on top of caring for my loved one. The only concern we have had is my loved one had a bed sore on them. I just wish the staff would have let me know about this instead of me finding out on my own.. The community is willing to work with hospice to make sure the residents are comfortable and cared for. Inspired Living makes sure that I'm able to see my loved one and it is a secure community.

Our family had an in person tour and we really liked this community but our loved one needed memory care and it is only assisted living. What really stood out to us the most is that you could really tell how obsessed the residents were the staff, that is a very nice thing to see

There was a combination of deciding factors for us - one the community itself is just beautiful and they have a very nice big outdoor area for the residents. The staff members are amazing, but the head of nursing/medicine [name removed] was one of the big factors again for us choosing this community. We think the meals and dining service is phenomenal. The activities are wonderful, they have bridge clubs, book clubs, social happy hours and so many different things going on. We would recommend Inspired Living at Ocoee to other families. It is expensive but compared to others in the area it is right in line with

It's the best service ever. I love Inspired Living. They have met and exceeded all care of my loved ones. They are very healthy and happy after months of being under their supervision. I cannot ask for any better care than what they receive daily. We picked this community because, their focus was only memory care, that is what I needed for my family.They are strictly extended care.

We are very happy with the Chelsea of Montville. Had to move my father under very stressful conditions and the office staff was very understanding and helpful. My dad has been there for 5 months and he is very happy and so are we. The staff is kind and caring. We would have no problem recommending the Chelsea to anyone.

I can't say enough great things about this community. The food is excellent and the staff is always helpful. Seascape is in a great location in Naples FL. They often have live entertainment at happy hour, and lots of other activities for the residents to enjoy.

Maumee Pointe is great. The only things we're not happy with is showers on time and nurse practitioner on site. The nurses are great, though. The activities director is wonderful.

Over all I am glad my mom is at Inspired Living. I would recommend Inspired Living . I absolutely love that staff is Teepa Snow trained, but I am equally Disappointed that the lower paid, foreign speaking care givers are Not Teepa Snow trained. The people who work at Inspired Living, are passionate about their work. Activities are age appropriate and staff puts a lot of effort to include everyone by inviting the guests several times, as well as, offering to accompany them or assist them. There community outings, as well to places like art exhibits and gardens. Staff is very communicative to help me know what my mom is up to, if she's alert, participating, agitated, has a boyfriend , etc Overall I am pleased, I do wish it weren't so expensive, but it's the going rate, so that's that!

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. This is a nice community. The staff are wonderful to work with. The residents are exceptionally friendly. The location is near shopping centers and this is a plus for the residents. The food is excellent. There are three meals a day served to the residents and there are choices to choose from. Some of the activities available include bingo, religious services, movies, exercise programs, Wine Wednesday, and more for the residents to participate in.
