Our tour was great. The facility was beautiful and very clean. We were looking for a little more freedom for my mom to come and go as she pleased.

We love Eagle Crest. They did an outstanding job keeping the residents safe during the pandemic. They are always supportive and caring.

After lots of searching so glad my mom landed here at Brunswick Village. The ladies up front are the best!!

My experience is still in the early stage. I had two places to choose from and I choose Brunswick Village because I want my mom to have a location that is like a home. She likes the family feel, she has lots of supervision and activities. We as the family feel we are being heard and if mom is in need of something they see the need a get it for her and when we get there they communicate to us. I like the security I see it makes me not have more worries. Please if you are looking for a family environment for your loved one to live in when they are needing to be in an assistance facility choose Brunswick Village.

I toured many facilities in the area and Brunswick Village is the one I chose because it has excellent staff, was very clean, the food was great and it was on the smaller size so more attention is given to the residents. My friend has dementia and the care she is given is so great that she often calls me to make sure that she can stay there. She is very happy and adjusted well and quickly and does not want to leave. They keep me informed on her condition as well as any needs that she might have. I am able to visit her any day any time and she can stay in the community that she loves.

I am very happy at Riverplace. People are nice and food is good.

My son, [name removed], died on [date removed]. He had lived there a long time, and had many health problems. I visited him in 2019 (age 90) as I live in IL at a Sr. Ret. Home. I found Arlington Plaza to be a very special place. The staff and employees were so kind and compassionate. I am so thankful to them for everything did for him.

Our family had an in person tour and it is a really nice place, but it would be a better fit for loved ones who are more mobile and can navigate through multiple different floor levels.

I would highly recommend the community to others. Especially for those that need supervision and can't take care of themselves. This is perfect for those who still want their independence as well. The food has been really good for my loved one.

The staff members get 10 stars, their willingness to go the extra step to make sure we wanted our loved one to move there and to make sure we stayed happy after moving them there really stood out to us. The meals and dining service overall is pretty good, we do understand right now with the supply chain everyone is having trouble getting food. There are activities available for those who chose to participate, and so far everything they told us and promised us they have followed through with.

Thank you [name removed], I love this home! I felt the moment I toured Vista del Rio this is where I want to live as long as God keeps me alive. God is in control so I will abide by this. The people that live here are my family. They have helped me with moving in. I can count on them to help me when it is needed. Thank you God for blessing me in this way.

My loved one really likes the meals at this community. We are very satisfied and my loved one is happy there and that was the main thing. The staff are great and we know that he is well taken care of. The more he is there the more he is getting active.

Size of the apartment - you can't find the space anywhere. Great staff. So many meal choices.

I think the the place is very nice and immaculately clean. I think the staff do a very good job. And what they charge is reasonable compared to other places I looked at.

My loved one is very pleased with Apple Blossom and all the extras that come with it - cable, internet, housekeeping, and especially the food. She says it's fantastic. We've been very pleased with the staff. We've just had one issue, but that individual has since been let go.

Our 102 year old mother has been living at Taylor Place for a year. During that time, she has been well cared for by a pleasant and kind staff. They call her Sweetie, which she very much enjoys. We are relieved knowing she being cared for and looked after each day. It was hard for her to make the switch to assisted living but she realizes she can no longer be safe at home. Furnishing her apartment with her own items helped make a comfortable, familiar home which eased the transition. We have found working with the staff has been easy and pleasurable. We would highly recommend Taylor Place.

I would recommend to go to this community. It is a great community and they have hired the right people that are providing the best services. The prices are unbelievable for what you are getting, the staff, the location and the services they offer outside of the community. hands down this is a great community.

They take good care of me and they are concerned about my welfare. I enjoy the meals and have made many new friends.

New management is involved and always helps when needed.
