The staff goes out of their way to be helpful and really look after the residents. The food staff are so kind and the nurses really care.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The ambassadors have been very good with my dad, helping him find his way around a new place and a new town, as well as helping him with his mail. The office staff has been very helpful for me in helping my dad to understand the paperwork and get proper forms filled out, as well as getting his rent paid without a computer. He doesn't like to deal with office staff and relies on me for that and Natasha has been extremely supportive and helpful when dealing with us. When I first walked in the apartment with my dad, and looked out through the windows to the trees and back field, the feeling I felt was like "Welcome home" and it's what I wanted for him. So that's what I would call my review. If I could have his exact apartment when it's my time to transition to independent living, this is exactly where I'd want to be, seriously. You know my dad wants to move out because he thinks it's too expensive for him, but it's really not. His dementia is worsening and he doesn't understand and it's kind of heartbreaking because he's giving up on a beautiful home.

I am currently a resident at The Landings Senior Living and this is a wonderful place to live. Everything about my experience here has been great! The facility is clean and bright. The residents are very friendly and the staff is friendly and knows everyone's name. The food is good and there are a wide range of activities available. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.

My mom, my sister and I are 100% happy with our choice. Mom's care has been wonderful. I feel she has lived longer because of their facility. Honestly, the staff at Woodlands Creek are just the best. The building itself is so clean and the apartment sizes and layouts are nice and spacious. Hiring is tough these days, and yet, they manage to hire good, kind people and many employees have stayed years. They do really good job of finding activities for socializing and trips to stores. It was most important to us that she felt safe and well cared for and she most definitely does.

Our family had an in person our with The Landings Senior Living and we thought the tour experience was great as well as the community, but ultimately it was just not going to be the place for our loved one.

My mother and I took a tour of the facility and were quite impressed by how active the community was. There seem to be a lot of classes and activities offered and the lunch we had in the restaurant was delicious. Thank you, [name removed], for showing us around and recommending nearby sights during our visit.

We toured Kipling Meadows when searching for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility and our tour were both great. We really liked this facility. However, it was Independent Living only and the facility only had one elevator.

My loved one is a resident at Hyland Hills. We have really liked everything about the facility. They have been very helpful and accommodating. The food has been good, but getting some information such as menus, was tricky in the beginning. We would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

My mother in law is in Independent living. Her room is on the first floor with high ceilings and a screened in porch. It is perfect for her! The activities are all fun to do and they offer so many. I say a lot that she was surviving while living with us and now she is actually living and thriving. So many opportunities if she wants to get involved Definitely would recommend Dial Senior Living!

The staff is very friendly and attentive at Hyland Hills. The medication management is reliable and the staff is kind. The management is also very helpful. The food isn't great. The facility is clean and smells like a hotel. We are glad we chose this facility. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Overlook Village has been a godsend for my family. My parents moved to assisted living last year when they were both in failing health and just floundering in their condo. They have now had 3 great meals and have help taking their medications every day. Dad enjoys Men’s Club outings and Happy Hours. Mom loves crafts, book club, and all of the outings. They both love Eucharist services and rosary. Their doctor commented last month that they both look and act 10 years younger. I live in California and my sister lives in Chicago. We are so grateful they found a home they love with responsive administration that we appreciate and trust. Thank you, Overlook Village team!

I have made many new friends and there is always something to do. I appreciate all of the services that are included. The Fountains is very comfortable for me and such a beautiful place. All of the people that work and live here are so kind. I am happy I moved here.

I would rate Stirlingshire of Coralville a 5 on all of the categories but I don't think I can actually give a rating for the food because I am not the one eating it but the menus always look good and Mom usually says that the food is good. The level and quality of care is exceptional and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Stirlingshire to others.

Our family had an in person tour with the Silvercrest College View community, and overall we thought they did a very good job on the tour so it was a good experience.

The facility is beautiful, modern, and very well-maintained. The people who work there, including housekeepers, nursing staff, dining, attendance, maintenance, and administrative staff are all kind, helpful, and friendly. Residents we met were friendly, and seemed very happy with the facilities. There's just a very nice feeling when you're in the building. The amenities are top notch. Really, Hyland Hills checked all the boxes for us and for our in-laws, for location, price, and the appearance and feel of the place. Sadly, my father-in-law just passed away. We are leaving my mother-in-law there, but moving her to a smaller apartment. She's very happy there.

My mother and my family have all been so happy with Silvercrest. Despite the challenges of the pandemic and staffing concerns, it was been a wonderful home for her. The staff is warm, inviting and genuinely care about her happiness and well being. The facility is always clean and pleasant to walk into. They provide fun and stimulating activities for the residents and invite families to many events throughout the year. Any concerns I have are generally followed up in a timely manner. We feel very fortunate to have found a new home for Mom where she has met new friends she truly cares about. A Place for Mom was so helpful in the entire process.

This community has a great feel to it. The apartment is perfect for us. The community is kept very clean with sufficient staff to help with cleaning. There is weekly linens being washed and placed back on the bed. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. There is therapy on site for the residents to take advantage of. The weakest thing about our experience has been the food. This saddens me that they have had a hard time finding people qualified to cook. The food is the number one thing for the independent living residents, and I'm hopeful this will improve. There is happy hour twice a week, along with other activities. There have been several activities director that has made a great time for us here.

The facility has a great staff, and there are always activities. It is very clean and feels more like an extended stay hotel than assisted living. The view from the dining room is amazing and all residents I come across seem to really enjoy being there.

The residents here are very friendly and welcoming to new residents, and caring towards their friends who already live here. For example, if someone doesn't appear for meals or activities as usual, one of the apartment neighbors might knock on the door to be sure that neighbor is ok. We notice each other. The dining room staff is also alert to the regular residents missing meals or usual activities, and alert the Ambassadors on staff to knock on doors to see if everything is okay. Plus simply having a paid position such as Ambassador, whose job is to assist the residents for a variety of reasons, shows how sincere the Legacy Senior Executive Directors are about creating and maintaining an environment where the residents and staff are all family. I see and feel this! It's home!

They have been nothing but fantastic to my parents. We could not be happier. The staff is wonderful. [name removed] was so responsive to any issue that we had. [name removed] was great to work with for onboarding. [name removed] and [name removed] in the dining area are just wonderful. All of the medical staff have been so wonderful with my parents. It's great there!! We would absolutely recommend Stirlingshire of Coralville to other families based on the experience we have had so far! I have already recommended to 2 people and one has moved in already and one is moving in [name removed]!!
