We're very happy with this facility. Everyone is just shockingly nice here. The staff is doing a fantastic job. Communication with the family is through the roof, it's absolutely great. They share everything, down to emails about activities, etc. Housekeeping seems to be daily and they do a great job. My Mom needs a lot of assistance and they're in her room helping her every single day. Mom seems to like the food and the dining area is very nice. The dining staff are also very nice. One thing that sticks out to me about this community is their community pet, they have a pet cat. Their previous cat passed away recently and all of the residents were devastated. They recently got a new one and everyone loves him! The staff really saw the benefit of having a pet cat and saw how much it stimulated the residents. I really like that they've continued to have a pet as part of their community. I would one hundred percent recommend this facility to family and friends.

The people are amazing. My loved one was able to meet with podiatrist right away. Every single perosn, who had contact with loved one was great .They went above and beyond, to make my loved one feel welcomed. My loved They have a lot of activities, which includes trips and tie dye techniques. The administration made us feel welcomed, answered any questions, was always available for constant check-ups. I could tell that they loved their job, the way that they interacted with other reseidnets/familes. My loved one made new friends. It's a very welcoming, calm,warm and inviting place. We felt very confident knowing, our loved one would receive excellent care. Overall, I would highly recommend to those who need assisted living.

Our family had an in person tour and they people were very nice and answered all of our questions, but for twice the amount of money our loved one would of had to share a bedroom with another residents and we just did not want that.

We chose Westwood Commons because of the convenient location, the friendliness of the staff members made us feel very welcome, and they had a lot of activities available and are proactive about getting residents involved. She was very content here and we would recommend to others looking.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Residents all seemed happy. Building was well maintained.

Mom is still adjusting to living at Woodcrest. It has been a tough transition but she likes the staff and I think this will help with the transition. She likes the food and they do offer different choices. One of the reasons I chose this community is that it is bright, clean and the staff always say hello. Mom does like the bible study they offer. I would recommend this community.

We try to visit every weekend. We have noticed the cleanliness over the past 4 or 5 weeks has really picked up. Whatever changes you've made, keep up the great work!!!

Woodcrest is extremely considerate of the residents. They keep me informed of my mom's doctor appointments and her daily routine. She likes it there. She has a new roommate. It is extremely clean. There are a lot of activities and twice a month outside activities. Bingo, workout class, movies, puzzles, they do activities based around the holidays. She likes the majority of the food, and they are accommodating and will make a grilled cheese if she doesn't like the menu options. Woodcrest is a very nice place for someone who needs a little bit of help.

This is our first experience with a senior community, but so far we are very impressed by Westwood Commons! Mom has settled in very well, and really seems to be enjoying herself. She enjoys the food, the activity schedule, and has already met a few friends. The staff is friendly and reliable, and they've been very consistent in terms of things like checking on her regularly, getting her her mediciation, and bathing and cleaning. It was also no trouble at all getting her medications switched over to their pharmacy service. All in all we're very pleased, and would recommend it highly!

Hi, My mother has been a whole new person since moving into Westwood Commons. She really loves the social atmosphere and they really encourage her to do new things! She has been on the shuttle to get ice cream, played cards, and even Wii Bowling! This something I thought I would never see her do. All the employees, management and all the residents have a wonder positive attitude and are always willing to help with a smile. I really love this place and would not mind living there myself. Did I mention that it is spotlessly clean everywhere?

Mom has been there only a short time but the staff has been really helpful with helping mom get adjusted. I know this has been tough for mom with such a big change but we know that she will be taken care of.

Was expectibg one of the lower tier homes for the price but it’s very nice there!

My mother moved into Woodcrest one month ago and she is really enjoying all the activities and the ability to be able to talk to other people. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. She loves going to the dining room for meals and always enjoys the food and conversation with the other residents.

Mom moved in about 3 weeks ago. So far so good. She likes the place, it is clean, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. She likes the meals, housekeeping is great, laundry is none nicely for her. Her medications are taken care of by staff. She is very happy to be free of the responsibility of keeping a home and being alone. Everyone I have had any interaction with has been friendly, professional and caring.

My Mom has been at Woodcrest for about 5 years. We worked through some kinks with meds, hearing aid service, roommates, and difficult residents, but overall I am very happy with Woodcrest. They have addressed every issue with care and worked through resolution. Mom is very happy there and has made friends. They are also affordable, as far as assisted living goes. Mom has been in two previous facilities, which were a bad experience.

They've been very, very good. My only suggestion is that they don't have a nurse on duty. It would be nice if they had a nurse on duty at least for the day hours. They have aides all over the place so they are very, very attentive. She says the food is great!

Experience not reciprocal. Overall positive reciprocal except for the handling of medical issues. We found out upon check in that the visiting doctor would not take on a respite patient so when my parent contacted covid, there was no one to treat her. I also was not pleased with how they handled covid, returning residents to common areas without negative testing. It's no wonder my mom contracted covid there.
