My experience with belfair and a place for mom has been so good. My sister had a stroke and I rushed from okla to tenn to help her and my brother who has dementia. They lived together and I knew that couldn't continue as [name removed]needed constant care. I was in a panic as I contacted a place for mom. I needed a place for [name removed]in okla asap. They got busy and found belfair . The staff there worked with me to get him in and attend to his needs. They have really helped me feel comfortable with him being there. They are friendly and go the extra mile.

Beautiful place with friendly employees! Amazing rooms. Tons of space and great food. Answered all of my questions and look forward to visiting again soon. Lovely place with lovely people. Great job hosting.

[names removed], the new owners, are amazing. When they knew something was wrong they came and fixed it! Listened with no judgement, no repercussions,they didnt discredit our feelings. It's a much happier environment for EVERYONE. I like to think residents get the best of the best. The only way to know is to come on in and see for yourself. We would love to show you around and introduce you to our best friends!

Couldn't find a better place for my mother at this point in her life. Well cared for, great food, plenty of socializing, and the activities, well, I'm at a loss for words! I couldn't be more pleased with the daily activities including outings on a regular basis. And my mom? She's happier than I've seen her in a very long time! Thank you Countryside for being everything I expected and more for my mother.

Countryside Muskogee is giving my dad excellent care in every way. Director [name removed] and head of nursing [name removed] are completely hands on with all of the residents and always available for concerns and questions from family. Every med tech and CNA goes above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable, safe, and well cared for. The activity directors create a full slate of daily activities to keep the residents engaged and are always ready to. I am very happy with all staff taking care of my dad. They truly want the best for each resident.

Great caring staff. Always willing to listen. Very clean facility with updated features. Nice room sizes and the activities are always going. Food always looks fresh and hot. Staff always attentive.

Nice clean place, the residence are a joy to be around the cnas take such good care of their residence all the staff is wonderful an the food is excellent 100% recommend this place! If you are worried about your mother or father this place will take good care of your family members.

A wounderful place. The staff was so nice. I seen the place was so inviting. And clean . Has a wonderful large living area , open dinning . The staff is on top of it . They stay busy helping the residents.

Mom complains about the food sometimes. My mom has significantly improved because of: Consistent schedule, regular exercise, better nutrition, better care.

Very attentive, caring. They appear genuinely happy doing their job which means so much to family knowing they are in a place that cares. The facility is well maintained and clean.

I have been in and out of Azalea Gardens for the past couple of years and have always had a great experience. I have always witnessed the staff going above and beyond for their residents. They keep the residents clean and well presentable. I’m unsure of the new director but the girl who was running it for a couple months always went above and beyond. I can’t seem to remember her name but she worked as a med tech and worked her way up to sitting in the director position. She was the highlight of Azalea Gardens her and the current nurse made an amazing leader group they worked well together always. Everytime I was there I witnessed her interacting with the residents and staff and making sure they are all in a GREAT mood. I seen her working every position in the facility when it was needed, I wish she would come back and help brighten the atmosphere again. I just wish the positive atmosphere that the previous director created would return. Their nurse is the best they’ve had for years!

Well, my mom isn't there anymore. She had a medical emergency (CDiff infection--colitis--sepsis) in [date removed] After her stint in the ICU, she has been in a nursing home since. My mom loved having friends there to eat with and talk with, enjoy holiday activities with. The most frustrating part was that after she left, I couldn't forward her mail because it's considered a business address. Then without notice, they stopped holding the mail for me and started returning to sender

I'm happy with my ability to easily contact and interact with the staff at Heritage Grove. Staff are helpful and cooperative and a ready resource for information about my mom and what's happening with her. The schedule they implement has helped my mom a great deal. The well-made balanced meals have been great; I eat there when I visit. Since she's been there, her handwriting, unreadable months before she arrived, has improved where it can now be easily read. She's less confused and more agreeable. I credit the consistent schedule, stable environment, exercise, and nutrition for these improvements. While there was some initial confusion on care plans that were handed off to Heritage Grove from a rehabilitation facility in another state, these were eventually cleared up. There was no interruption of medications! Confusion was with outside visiting doctors and nurses for physical therapy and wound evaluation. The environment is clean, bright, and open. A good place for my mom.

At Heritage, they had full nursing capability at all times. It is a smaller, older facility with very caring staff. They have trained nurses on site who can provide basic care reducing the number of hospital visits required.

The cleanliness of the facility really stood out to us. Highly encourage people who are considering it to take a tour.

My loved one is currently a resident at Belfair of McAlester and everything has been great for her so far. This facility is great! I would recommend Belfair of McAlester to others.

The staff at Azalea Gardens are friendly and caring, and they treat everyone like family. If any problems arise, [name removed] is there 24/7 to make sure everything is taken care of.
