i have lived here for 3 1/2 years. I have loved it since i came here. My studio apartment is lovely and large. the staff is absolutely wonderful to all of us. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the amenities are outstanding.

making up our minds to live here was one of the easiest things to do. Everyone is friendly and caring.

Very good management, a big room and lots of bard around the shower. Good windows very clean, love it. Maintenance and housekeeping are both good. The food is mostly good

staff is great, very professional. I enjoy all the meals and enjoy making choices. My apt is spacious 1025 sq and housekeeping keeps everything neat and clean.

We've had a great experience here. The staff are really friendly. And they have gone out of their way to help me a few times with things that I haven't been able to cover for mom. I don't worry about her while she's there because I know they've got her. Which is a big deal for me. The facility is pretty good, no complaints. The food looks pretty good as well, but the portion sizes seem a little small.

My loved one loved to participate in the activities offered by the community. The food is good and has a formal restaurant dining feel. The chef is excellent to work with. This is a community I would go to myself when I am my loved one's age.

I love the staff and they are so friendly and caring. I think I found a great place for my mother.

Our loved one always says they fix good food, and there are constantly activities going on to keep the residents busy. Our loved one has met some really nice people and enjoys socializing with them during meal times. The apartment our loved one has is spacious and has a small kitchenette and enough room to fit a full bed. This community was just meant to be.

It's a great sense of comfort to our family that our loved one is in great hands. He's so well taken care of, and that makes us very happy. The staff are amazing. They love what they do, and you can really tell. Our loved one loves the food, maybe too much! It's very well balanced and has a great variety.

Based on my virtual tour, I thought Madrona Hills was a really nice place. It would have been my first choice, but my loved one was concerned about the cost. Yes, money is a factor, but I was looking for a place that would be best for her long-term. It was a beautiful facility, and the rooms were very nice and spacious. I don't think the fridge was full size, but it was bigger than the ones I saw at other facilities, and there was room to bring in a little cooktop, etc.

I would tell others that it is a good place for your loved one. Sometimes, I feel like it can be expensive for the independent living side. Some of the activities that are available are movie nights, local trips, game night, and more for the residents to take advantage of. My loved one doesn't care for the food. Some of the options are repetitive for the residents.

Everything with Park Terrace is going well so far, we have no concerns or complaints. We would recommend the community to other families.

My wife and I have experienced both independent and assisted living here, all without changing apartments. In eight years, we have seen four different owners. Cogir is the best, by far. They have changed the atmosphere of the place for better. They invested hundreds of thousand dollars in carpets, hardwood flooring, appliances, theatre upgrade and appearance of public areas and apartments, all while holding rent increases to less than 4% per year Residents enjoy excellent meals with anytime breakfast and dining, friendly order taking and serving, choice of FIVE daily entrees, and numerous drink choices. No extra food charges. Take-home containers freely available. Happy Hour twice weekly with drinks, snacks and quality entertainment. With less than a hundred residents, it is easily possible to make friends and see one another almost daily. Staff is relatively stable, skilled and caring with a conscious effort to know you by name and learn your special needs. Highly Recommended.

Mallard Landing community has been great so far, our loved one is happy there. We have heard no complaints about the meals and dining so we assume it is pretty good. It is pretty spendy to have our loved one there but they take good care of him, and we would recommend Mallard Landing to others.

I have already told many about the community and recommended it to several people. The whole package is amazing as well! The staff, room configurations, ease to talk to the staff, and more all stand out to me. The community worked with the family within the COVID restrictions as well. It would be nice to have a vehicle for transportation that allows for wheelchairs, and scooters. The only reason we left was that my loved one's needs increased, and the community gave their approval of the new community that my loved one went to.

I looked at some other places and Madrona Hills was the one that I liked the best after touring. I would tell others if you come to visit, you will know all that you need to know about the facility. I would highly recommend to others looking.

It is a very friendly community. I would recommend the community to anyone for their loved ones. They need to improve on the food preparation and hire a chef. Some of the activities are bingo, movie time, games, yoga, exercise classes, walking club and more for the residents to choose from.

Toured on 7/30/21 with [name removed]. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. The facility is very nice and the residents all seemed happy.

It is a great location, with friendly people, and lots of things to do. The staff are great to work with, and they are very communicative about our loved one. Some of the activities they have are games, arts and crafts, ice cream social, bean bag toss, and more for the residents to choose from.
