Some of the people don’t respond to moms needs as quick as she would like. The back area is nice and overlooks a field and the woods. The food is ok and smells good, but not totally happy with it. The activities need to be on a more regular basis with a bit more staffing to help out. We would like it if things evolved.

I really would have liked to have my mother closer to us where we could come and be around her so we thought this place would be nice. Walked in with a lady with plaits and her demeanor was off introduced as a manager the staff looked as if they hated their jobs and while leaving heard one of staff member on phone gossiping about overnight staff member using profanity who didn’t do their job. That then kinda made me have safety concerns for my mom. Which then definitely made me decide this may not be where we would like her to be. The price was a little expensive for hardly nothing there but a small cottage setting, and limited recreational settings. Other than that, it’s a nice area that seems quiet and quaint but just not what we wanted.

Our family had an in person tour and we just did not like it right away, the staff just seem very gloomy and over worked we did not get a positive vibe at all.
