We do need to know more but overall they are great. The community is very clean and always smells very clean. Thank God for your work. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

We lived in our home for 31 years before we needed a residence easier to maintain. We had a good one in our former state, but ran into a disaster in our first try in Summerville. Since we moved to The Claiborne, we have found our new home. The staff is willing to do anything you need regardless of their employed position, The the residents are so very interesting and positive, we find them and the staff to be a plus to our new "home," and that is what we feel it is. The meals are interesting and good, the activities are numerous and the unit we have is smaller than before, but so well laid out that we have room for everything we need to have. I can't see us ever needing or wanting to move again.

I struggled a lot making the decision to place my Mom in an assisted living community but ultimately her care needs were beyond my capabilities. I toured Brickmont and knew right away that this would be the place, everyone was friendly, honest and open. Once my Mom moved in, I could see change in her, good change. She was dressed and clean every morning, interacting with her new friends and the care givers were spectacular. The memory care area and the care givers interact with each person and they take the time to learn about them. My Mom is very happy and so, therefore, so am I. I am glad APFM helped my find Brickmont, I highly recommend it.

We had a great visit with [name removed] During our tour we met the director of the community and the care director. They both took time to share how our parent's needs would be met. The staff I interacted with all were pleasant. We were able to see other residents around the building - one in particular who stopped me to say they really enjoyed being there which I found comforting. There was a group playing games in their activity room which was also nice to witness.

What we like the most about the Brickmont Roswell community is the overall friendliness of the staff members working there. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

Brickmont is very strict with how the residents spend their time, which would not work for my Dad. However- it is a very nice facility.

The facility was very nice and no upcharge, if he needed more care.It's a great place for your loved one and they have plenty of staff members.The facility is always clean when I go there,no matter what time I go there.

What we like the most about The Claiborne community is the people that work there and we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

My loved one is a resident at Brickmont of Acworth. They have been amazing at this facility. The staff is very attentive. They made my loved one feel welcome and at home. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I actually loved this community more than others I saw. But we unfortunately could not afford it. And my loved one felt like it was a little "big" for their comfort. That was just a personal choice for them. Feeling more comfortable in a smaller facility.

I would say that everyone is friendly. They have plenty of staff. I like the door is open 8-8. It is clean and the only thing I don't like is they won't give family a key to my moms room . She can't get up to let me in very well or doesn't hear knock and want to get up so I have to find someone working in the hall every time to let me in. They also , like all other places, have no checklist for people by day so no idea if mom got a shower or if someone edit her to brush her teeth. I have to notice. Or try to find out. Saturday person doesn't know if Tuesday person for mom to shower.

5 stars for all! The staff at Brickmont Acworth are very caring. They really worked with me in the beginning to make sure that we were getting the best possible price. My loved ones room is a bit small, but the staff really try to get the residents out of their rooms as much as possible to socialize with each other. The bathroom is a great size though! I would recommend Brickmont to others, my mother was only there a week but I wish I could have gotten her in there sooner.

Brickmont is top notch. The people are great. The community is very clean and brute surroundings. The food looked and smelled delicious. I would live there.

All of the staff from the custodian who helped us load the car, the daily care techs that were so kind and helpful, the charge nurses who were informed and offered reassurance and encouragement to our family in addition to the quality care dad received. The girls at the desk, the operations manager [name removed]and [name removed] in Sales were all wonderful to us. Trinity Hospice nurses were so kind and helpful. They were always available when needed and made dad's transition easy on him and on our family. I feel like [name removed] encouraging me to visit several Assisted Living Communities was the biggest blessing. Without having already visited and established a relationship with Brickmont, they would not have been as willing to take dad when the doctors realized how ill he was. A Place For Mom was such a blessing for us.

We have been remarkably pleased with Brickmont. It is always very clean but does not smell of Lysol.The dining room is clean and the food looks fine. At this point we are pleased with Brickmont and it is affordable.We are happy with the outdoor garden area to sit with her. So far we have had a satisfactory hair cut and a pedicure for her.

Brickmont really lives up to the slogan "live where you're loved". I was speaking with one of the assistants taking care of my dad the other day, and she said that "she treats them like they are her parents" that says it all. Based on the experience we have had with Brickmont of West Cobb, we would absolutely 100% recommend them to other families.

I've been here a year now, and its a great place. I would recommend it. Everyone, from the top down to maid service, is very kind. Meals are good. I get to have my pup of 15 years with me. Its clean, smells good, and there is always something fun to do and places to go. Bus driver will take you to doctor appointments within 10 miles. Caring people. A home away from home.

The facility is run by caring, professionals who put their residents first. The loyal staff works hard serving meals or planning activities, even help your family member transport to doctor appointments.

We had an in person tour with The Claiborne and [name removed[ who gave us the tour we thought was absolutely wonderful. The community itself is very nice but it was just to out of our price range.

She has complained about some workers, but other she really loves. When it comes to the meals, our loved one complains sometimes but we cannot say if those complaints are valid. Our loved one does not participate much in the activities. We have already recommend The Claiborne at Baton Rouge community to other families and we will continue to do so.
