The staff is wonderful. The food is good, there are lots of activities, and the grounds are well kept. The only complaint would be that sometimes the washing machines do not work ( according to my mother in law). They do have a beauty and nail salon, but it is very difficult to get an appointment ( according to her) so we just take her somewhere to have these done. The monthly fee was increased this year by about $200/month. Hoped that won't happen every year. We were told when looking at this facility that their rent had not increased as much as some other places , but I have nothing to compare that to. All in all, it was the best move she could have made.

The Bridge at Ocala was an outstanding place for my brother. I will rate them all 5. I have never experienced such a caring group of staff people. They always excelled at making to family feel welcome too. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

I would highly recommend Highland Cove for assisted living they were fantastic. Staff are very caring and helpful and I enjoyed working with them. The food is really good with lots of choices available.

Andover Court was terrific for Mom. Unfortunately, she just lived there 6 weeks before she passed in the hospital; they properly called the ambulance when she needed medical assistance, and she died about 24 hours later. Very good experience. We have already recommend this community to other families and we have continued to recommend them.

My wife and I would move there in a minute - we are both old enough. The food is excellent and the overall atmosphere is great. They do not have a pool, bowling alley which is not a requirement for most residents. Bingo is ongoing and other programs. [name removed] is in "assisted living" only because if she falls, highly unlikely, the nurses can pick her up as required. Independent living facilities cannot do anything except call an ambulance. Transport to doctors, shopping are provided. Overall, this was best choice for the price. Highly recommend.

The staff is caring, and compassionate. While the facility is a bit dated, the staff more than make up for it.

My parents are residents at Andover Court and they love it there! However, they can't keep their super great staff and they quit. Corporate will not pay the staff what they are worth, so they leave for other jobs. There is continuous turnover and it's hard on the residents. They have had excellent staff! The food is cold, and overcooked. My parents complain. They can't keep a good chef because they won't pay them. They just lost their wonderful activities director because they wouldn't give her a raise. She is the reason they are a 5 rating. We will see what happens now. My parents love it there. They have made many friends, and generally like everything about Andover Court.

I would recommend. Feel mom is well taken care of.

After visiting about 8 places, I decided on Andover Court just because of the over all atmosphere was home like feel where I felt comfortable leaving my mother. They are very very friendly I see the same staff consistently and they really get to know what my mom likes and dislikes and try to make their place her home

They really care about everyone and have lots of patience. We really like how everything is included in the price! There are no add on fees.

Plan out a move as best as you can, have your parent be on board with the move or they will not thrive. Let them know change is hard but explore all the benefits a place has to offer. And get involved in the community! Location was key, price for sure. Friendly staff, activity schedules. Mom isn't fond of the food choices.

As time goes by we are more and more happy with Garden Plaza. The majority of the staff is very experienced with the needs of the residents. The complex is laid out with a simple floor plan, wide halls, hand rails in the halls. Nice usable balcony's. Good kitchen size.

5+ in all categories. Can't say enough about them. [name removed] and her staff are wonderful. [name removed] was loved and loved them back. Very happy 6 years for her there.

It's probably the least expensive place in the area, but definitely needs work. The transportation isn't always dependable. You have to be at the dining room as soon as they open 11:30 and 4:30 because they will run out of food. The Sunday buffet really isn't geared for people with IBS or other food issues. The apartments are a nice size. Housekeeping seems to keep the apartment clean. The laundry service for towels and sheets is great. Turnover of staff and the vacant positions is probably the same for many places.

Staff are very friendly. I think the facility does particularly well with their meals and activities provided. I would definitely recommend The Bridge at Hickory Woods to others.

This is the third assisted living i have been in. My apartment is larger then my last one and a year after being here I am paying less per month. The chef here is great and has a great variety of menu items.

Cherry Creek retirement Village is a great place to live. The residents are very friendly and look out for one another. The staff from the Director on down are very friendly and very accommodating. Cherry Creek retirement Village is also very pet friendly

The staff at The Abbewood are very kind and friendly. They know their residents and look out for them. If anything comes up that concerns them about my mom, they call or text me. The food is very good. I've eaten there several times plus they have "family dinners" every so often which are very nice. It gives us caregivers a chance to meet other residents and their caregivers. I would highly recommend The Abbewood to anyone looking for a place for their loved one. [Names removed] are both wonderful and so very helpful with anything you need.

The facility has activities for the residents to stay active. The dining room staff caters to each person that has special requests My mother was well taken care of until she passed away. The staff was courteous and respectful
