We do not have first hand experience with the meals and dining service but from what our loved one says - they are not gourmet but they are high quality and have a wide selection of options. They have had to navigate through the covid restrictions and different lockdowns so the activities have been pretty limited and the residents have not really had that opportunity to get involved with things. I would give the staff a 6 out of 5 if I could, they are just so friendly. The facility is brand new and absolutely beautiful. The management has been great. I would 100% recommend Fieldstone Clear Creek to anyone looking.

This community was really nice it just did not have the availability when I needed to secure a spot for my loved one.

I wish they had better communication. We are always the ones having to reach out to them with concerns, and then they don't get back to us. We live out of state, so the only way I can see my loved one is through Zoom. Their Zoom has not been working for over a year. They're a big company. They need to make that a priority. That's huge, and my biggest issue with Fieldstone. And they don't really even care. They say "Sorry, we're aware of it. Same firewall issue." Like there's nothing they can do about it. My loved one does seem to like the staff. And they do make a point to get the residents to participate in activities, which we appreciate because I feel like otherwise she would sleep all day. They do all sorts of different things - fishing trips, painting, crafts, getting their nails done. I have no problems with activities. Overall we're happy and she's doing well there, but like with any place, there are some issues.

My loved one's experience has been during the pandemic. I would tell others that if you have a senior who is very independent, they will do very well here. If your loved one needs more assistance, I would look for a smaller community.

We do think the people at the front desk are extremely nice and friendly, unfortunately our loved one has moved in during the pandemic so she has not really been able to experience everything the community has to offer.

We are a couple living in a two-bedroom apartment, the rooms are not large and have a kitchen we do not use, except the refrigerator. The food is reasonably good, so my survey is no one cooks. The closet are not adequate and very hard to use. We came here because my husband has Alzheimer's so the memory care unit will be good. Activities are good, small gym and library good. Administration is excellent and good employees are friendly.

I like Fieldstone and I have been very happy and content here.

She likes it. Nice building the food is good. Housekeeping keeps my room clean. Care staff is also nice..

Prior to the lock down, the best thing I have found in this community is the friendliness of the other resident living here. I think they do a good job with food considering everything. We chose this community because our sons prefer this one. I would definitely recommend this community to other families.

The place is beautiful. It is definitely a contender spot for my Mom. The only down side is that there were not patients or staff there yet so I wasn’t able to see how they interact with each other. The grounds are beautiful and it appears that there is a terrific range of activities. I love the “town square” where the residents will be able to watch a movie, go to the cafe, get their hair done, and do some art activities. And the price is well within reason for the services they offer.

Mom has only been here a little over a month and I think she is still trying to adjust so some things are still being worked on. She tends to stay in her room however the staff encourages her to come out and join the other residents in doing activities or social hours but they don't push her. She doesn't seem to like the food when she eats which isn't all the time again the staff encourages her but doesn't make her eat it is her choice. The staff is very friendly. The community is very clean no issues with any sort of housekeeping.

We toured this community for the care for my mom. The community is new and very appealing on the environment. The staff was caring and helpful for the questions we had on the care that was offered. The menu was appealing of the variety that would have been offered. We suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I was very happy with how things went for my mother while she was at this community. All of the staff where wonderful and took great care during her stay. She had a lot of health issues so it was important that wherever we had put her had a knowledgeable nursing staff. The only thing I was not expecting was it was a little more expensive then we had planned for.

My husband is still adjusting to living at The village. The staff seems good. He is not always happy with the food. They offer some activities such as bingo, cards and an exercise class. They also offer various outings. The community is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this community.

I moved in last spring and very delighted I did. The management staff has been very helpful and compassionate with my situation. Most of the time the food is good but I wish we had more options.

This is a great community. The staff is excellent and friendly. The meals are getting better. Activities are offered. I would highly recommend this community.

I got to take a tour of this community. It seemed and looked nice. It looks and feels like the other communities. The only difference from this community than our final choice is the price. The price is too much in my opinion.

My grandmother does not have any care services provided. They come in and clean her room and it is always clean when I get there. I'm not sure how clean it is when they clean it. They also provide her with meals which she goes down to the cafeteria. My grandmother does not participate in any activities but they do offer them.
