My wife has been living at Carlton Plazas memory care for three years and I have no doubt in my mind it has added quality and meaning to her life. I toured 6 different communities before choosing Carlton. I made the best decision for us both. The care staff love her as their own mother. They do special things for families to come and spend time with their loved ones. I’m grateful to Carlton and their entire staff

Choosing a senior living community for a loved one is never an easy decision, but our experience with Carlton Senior Living has given our family so much peace of mind. From the moment we walked through the doors, everyone made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared about making the transition as smooth as possible. The community is always clean, well cared for, and has a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Every time we visit, it’s obvious that the staff takes pride in creating a place where residents can truly feel at home. We were especially grateful for the support we received from the marketing representative in the front business office during move-in. Since our family wasn’t able to assist with setting up our loved one’s apartment, she went above and beyond by coordinating with the maintenance team to assemble a small book and hang pictures on the walls. Her willingness to help and ensure everything was taken care of made what could have been a stressful transition much easier for us

We recently toured Carlton facility and thought the place would be a good fit for mom. We are still looking but this facility is at the top of our list. When placing a family member in a place many questions need to be asked. We really think that this location will be perfect!

Was a pleasure to tour the facility. Staff were very helpful in answering all of our questions and really put our minds at ease. This has been a difficult decision for our family and we really appreciated the care a patience they gave to us. We will be choosing Carlton.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Carlton Senior Living. The level of care the staff provides is truly exceptional—they are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely treat every resident with kindness and respect. The facility is always clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The food is also incredible! There are plenty of delicious options, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into preparing quality meals. It’s comforting to know that residents are not only well cared for but also get to enjoy great food every day. If you’re looking for a senior living community where your loved one will be treated like family, I highly recommend Carlton Senior Living.

Super impressed with your staff most of all. [name removed] made us feel comfortable and at ease. She went above and beyond with details My husband has a tendency to ask a lot of questions. She was patient and so sweet. I will say, if we decide to choose Carlton it will be because of her.

My Mom has alcoholic dementia and is doing as well as can be expected in large part due to the community and services provided here. She has needed more help over the past year, congruent with the natural course of her disease, and will eventually need full memory care but for now she is fairly independent. At this point she has some extra help with medication management, with bathing and housekeeping. She also gets her primary medical care onsite and they have done well to serve her needs. She is overall happier here than she was at home with family members doing all things for her. I'm glad we have a place for her that will serve all her needs for the rest of her life.

Even though the activities are quite my style they do have a ton of different things for the residents to take advantage of. It had been a positive experience so far and I would recommend the Carlton Senior Living Concord community to other families. It is expensive though

The staff has all been very accommodating and helpful. The food is healthy and is also good quality. The staff is very attentive and quick to respond if needed. On occasion, however, they can be slow to call the family if something is needed, like refilling medication. There are all sorts of activities available and my father and he is able to chose what he participates in. During the Covid-19 pandemic, the community hasn't had any cases and has been quick to respond to protect the residents.

This place is remarkable my mom moved her a few months ago. She had a broken hip at the age of 85 and she only weighed 98 lbs. She now weighs 117 lbs. The staffing is great are so energetic and encourage her to participate in all the many activities every day. The also are very compassionate to her health needs. The facility has so many windows to show the beautiful wooded surroundings outside.

This place offered me a beautiful home for me and my two fur babies. Unfortunately for me I could not come up with the required fees to rent an apartment.

The staff at Carlton Senior Living (Sacramento) have consistently demonstrated an eagerness and enthusiasm for care of the residents they always keep us informed of our mothers’ progress and of any issues that might arise. They also are pro-active and make suggestions to help. The nurses and staff are amazing! They're all so supportive and treat her like a friend. They truly care about her. My mother has been there for the past 4 years. They are constantly going the extra mile to make sure she is not only comfortable and safe, but also entertained and feels included in the community. The variety of experiences the Carlton creates for the residences is impressive. Most of all, the Carlton is a safe place for my mom; safe because people are genuinely caring, thoughtful, and watchful to ensure that she gets the most from each day. They monitor her health and add to her happiness.

The facility is very nice, close to stores, shops, parks & movie theatre. Lots of good restaurants near by. However, food is provided here, sometimes people like to go out to a restaurant. They have a lot of activities to do, a nice variety.

I have been very impressed with the friendliness, quality of food, cleanliness, and the speed at which a repair gets done . Most importantly, my mother is extremely happy living here!

We were really happy with this community. The staff were always so nice and friendly and caring to her needs. The meals were very appealing. We would happy with the activities that were offered. The community was always clean and well maintained. We would recommend this community to other families for the good care and value that is received.

My loved ones are happy at the Carlton Senior Living Elk Grove. The place is clean and maintained well. My loved ones like the food that is served, they say it is much better than the community they were at before. The staff is very friendly.

I toured many communities for my loved one and Carlton was our top choice. My loved one has really been enjoying her self since moving into the facility. The meals have been excellent and they have a large variety to choose from. The bedrooms are very accommodating and comfortable. They are also very reasoning and affordable in there range of pricing.

The community is wonderful and beautiful. the staff has been awesome to my loved one. My loved one really enjoys the community and the people. The meals are really and there is a variety of options. I would definitely recommend this community to my friends. They also keep the community nice and neat.

Was worried that my loved one would not want to get involved in the Carlton community. But she has quickly jumped in, going to meals and making friends. Can't wait to see what activities she's chooses!!

My mom is really liking her new home. She likes to play bingo and even won a game recently and called to tell me. The community is a very nice and clean place and it is close to my home. Overall, we are happy with our choice for my mom.
