Brookdale

All is very good here. Staff is cordial helpful kind. Food is good and plentiful. Room size varies. I would recommend to others.

Very, very pleased with our decision. Our minds are at piece knowing and seeing with confidence that my mother is being completely taken care of with all of her needs being met. The transition from her previous home in California to Arizona was seamless. She adapted very quickly. She seems to really like it there.

Regarding staff and care: Absolutely fantastic Many varied activities and they all participated in their favorites and learned new ones meeting more residents. The food was amazing and nutritious. The entire place was very clean and maintained. Room size for residents was quite adequate for 1-2 people.

We visited the facility after touring a different facility. The rep. was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property and answered all of our questions promptly. We found the facility to be clean and in good repair without any visible needed repairs. The units we were shown in accordance to our specified requirements were all nicely setup and well proportioned for there use, and with some nice views and features. We liked the emergency pull chords in all the rooms, and a "Verify I'm Alive" system in the unit. The dining room looked to be well appointed with a good spacing between tables for mobility. The size of the facility would make a mobility scooter mandatory Mom, however, it didn't feel so large until you walked from place to place. Mom liked the visit, and felt she could be comfortable there.

Nice place, very well organized. Resident hadn't moved in yet. So no comment yet about the environment.

I think that Brookdale Kenmore is the best. The staff was very compassionate and accessible. The rooms were large and cleaned weekly. The laundry was taken care of weekly as well.

The Brookdale staff, especially [name removed], was supportive and helpful. Our Dad was expected back to Brookdale by lunch after a minor surgery. An unexpected medical event meant a trip to the hospital. [name removed] went above and beyond our expectations. She made sure that Dad's dog was cared for until Dad was able to come back to Brookdale.

[ Name Removed] was very helpful showed me around the place was very clean and I like the way it was set up into the neighborhoods that they have here there’s four different neighborhoods. The people here seem to be enjoying themselves. They helped me with all the procedures that I needed to go through on filling out paperwork, they were very helpful completely [ Name Removed] was also I talked to and she helped me very much. Very good people. I enjoyed them a lot.

The nurses are very caring and compassionate. The activities are amazing and do a great job of keeping residents engaged and involved.

My mom complains about the food but I think it is good. My mom isn't mobile enough, but they seem good. The value is what we can afford. The staff is great, but there aren't enough of them. Staffing are in short supply. My mom claims to have been "forgotten" on some occasions, due to manpower shortages. We are learning that manpower shortages are a common challenge within the assisted-living communities. Turnover rate is high. Good employees need to be taken care of so they can take care of our family members.

The staff are friendly and helpful. It is a very clean facility. The food is good. My husband is very well taken care of.

Everyone in this facility is super friendly and helpful! When walking through the building, staff was very attentive and greeted me and made me feel welcomed. I will not forget all of the smiling faces that I saw in the dining room.

As indicated by my ratings: the administrative and care staff were friendly, warm and compassionate and consistently provided great care; facility was clean; [name removed] couldn't eat, and therefore didn't eat any of the food; appeared to be many activities for residents, although [name removed] couldn't participate; cost was high, but probably reasonable for [name removed] required level of care.

They get a five on every category. It is a very good place and I would recommend it to anybody

Our family had a wonderful experience touring Brookdale Falling Creek. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and could immediately see the genuine care and compassion the staff has for their residents. The community is beautiful, clean, and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere that truly feels like home. A special thank you to the sales manager who gave us our tour. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate, taking the time to answer every question and making us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Her kindness and professionalism made what can be an emotional time, much easier. If you’re looking for a senior living community where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care, I highly recommend Brookdale Falling Creek.

I did a great deal of research before concluding Brookdale is the best choice of communities for our dad. He is excited to move to his new apartment and to make new friends. When we visited, the administration and staff were welcoming and seemed to enjoy their jobs. My dad and I were invited to have lunch during his visit, so he was able to try the food. He seemed to enjoy the food and the choices given for different entrees, vegetables and desserts. I believe he will thrive at Brookdale.

The people working at Brookdale Clinton are caring of the residents and provide a positive atmosphere. [names removed] are among my favorite people. I have recently eaten several meals with my mom and they were wonderful. The people there know my mom well and I’m confident in the care she receives.

My husband and I recently toured Brookdale Las Vegas for my mom and we were very impressed with the facility as well as the staff. The facility is very clean and in great shape. The rooms are really nice and clean and good size. They have a really nice, big courtyard, with a gazebo, grass and trees that will be very nice in the fall and spring. We sampled the food and it was really good, smelled great too! We were there at lunch time. All the staff that we have come in contact with have been very helpful and super friendly. I think this will be a great place for my mom and it’s only about 5 minutes from our house!!! Thanks to A Place For Mom for all the help and support.

Medium size community of 68 units in a scenic area set away from road noise. Interior common areas were clean and organized. A very calm atmosphere throughout. Dining was inviting, but menus not elaborate for someone who really enjoys a variety of choices. We toured a small studio apartment which had a nice kitchenette and bathroom and closet space. The area left for furniture was tiny. Barely enough for a twin bed, recliner, secretary, computer desk, and nitestand. Laundry rooms on each floor and they were very clean. A variety of activities were offered. Staff were very professional.
