Our mother loves living here. Staff are friendly. Home cooked meals. The home allows our mother to have her pet. We highly recommend this place.

We toured and chose this facility. We liked the location and how big the rooms were. Our family member is happy living there.

Very warm and inviting facility. We toured the facility last month and our family believes when we are ready to place our mother this will be our choice.

I like everything about Maryville Bristol. Staff are nice and make sure I have what I need to function threw out the day, sometimes they even go the extra mile. I like That there are always cookies, and snacks available to me whenever I would like.

My first impression of Bristol Manor was a homey feel. I liked how there was a at home feel in a building built for 12 residents. I personally feel like this is a perfect number for Assisted living. I liked what is included to live there, such as meals, medication, cleaning, laundry services, and Activities. I feel like the price is too high for the location though. Most seniors around this area only make around 700-800 even with the Medicaid. If price was lower I would consider a higher value score. Most around here are farmers.

Helpful staff. Facility provides meals games and lots of holiday events. My mother has lived here for over a year and enjoys being there. Rooms are clean and spacious. I highly recommend.

Bristol Manor of Pacific, Mo. is small in size but big in heart. It's residents all become a little family under one roof; they are a close knit group who start off not knowing anyone to eating breakfast, lunch and dinner together again and again, like I said a family. The new administrator for Bristol of Pacific, is [name removed] , she is a very loving, loyal and caring person who even though she has not been with the company for very long, there isn't anything that she wouldn't do to make her residents feel at home and comfortable. [Name removed] keeps the place running and I don't want to think of it with out her. If and when you decide to move to Bristol Manor of Pacific, you will find [name removed] , a home and a family waiting.

You need more help desperately. [Name removed] & [name removed] cannot keep doing all the hours they are putting in. Mistakes will be made from only 2 people trying to keep up with that many hours.

It's fine, clean, but the food is lacking. Very limited, small portions. They need a cook!! A hot dog on a piece of bread, hmnnn. For what it costs, should do better.

We moved our Mom into Bristol Manor in May 2018, we were promised the same type of care we were providing at home by the Administrator at that time. The care was poor, the housekeeping was not good, the meals were not served at scheduled times and the food quality was poor. My Mom ended up back in the hospital & ER several times due to lack of care & medication issues. In mid-August 2018 New Administration was hired with previous Bristol Manor experience. The new Administration & staff have made extra efforts to ensure that Mom's specific needs are met. They listen to us when we talk to them about Mom. They have also made a large number of improvements to the facility, including the cleanliness. The meal times are now scheduled and a menu is posted daily so the residents know what they can expect. The individual rooms are spacious, w/private bathrooms & large closets. I would NOW recommend this facility to friends & family!

We toured this community. The community is well maintained. The staff was not available. We were able to get some of the questions answered that were needed. The administration needs to clarify what the staff is capable of doing to help the residents. We were not able to see the menu that is offered. They had a list of activities. This is a smaller community. Families should take a tour and talk with the administration to clarify what is offered.

This is a nice community. The staff is friendly and caring. The administration was had changed the agreement with the management. Not all the needs were met from the staff due to management decisions. The meals were good and a nice variety. They do offer activities. I suggest that families check out the community for the care of a loved one to see if it would fit the needs of a loved one.

This community was a little out of the way for us. The residents were a little makes it hard to take care stand-offish. The community was smaller and that is what we liked. We just decided to go to a different place that was a little closer to home.

The current management has been outstanding. They show that they truly care for the residents. Until this time there has been a high rate to management turnover. The place is clean, the meals are good and my mother currently has no complaints.

The facility is clean. The staff seem competent. We looked a couple of years ago and it's definitely not as nice as it was then.

It's okay, but it's got faults. I don't think that they do enough. They don't have any real activities or anything. I think she is safe, but she isn't happy there. I don't really have any major complaints. They were one of the more reasonably priced places, and the care is good. The food isn't the best, they don't look exceptionally appetizing, and meal times are very informal. They are pretty sweet people, and they keep it very clean.

Basic services provided. Rooms are adequate size and private which is very important. Each resident gets their own private bath as well. Resident kitty 'peanut' is a hoot and super friendly. Betsy the resident manager seems to have a good handle on the facility needs. Currently there are only male residents so may be odd for a incoming female resident but the staff is all female.

Facility is basic but appears to provide concerned care for the residents. The on-site manager Susie seems to be enthusiastic and trying to create more activities and o-site services for the residents. Holt HS students pariticipate in an adopt a grandparent ' program for more social interaction of the residents. Local beautyschool starting to come once a month for hair styling appointments.Private rooms/baths provided to each resident.

This is an excellent place to live. We have a great staff that actually cares about each and every one of us. They talk to us like regular people and not like patients unless we are patients at that moment. If I’m about to or having a seizure then they are talking to me like a patient. That’s to be expected. Otherwise they talk to me like a person. I enjoy that. They try to do activities but nobody really wants to come out of their room and do them. Everyone who has worked here has made great food that is very good & they give you a choice if you don’t want what is on the menu, you can eat leftovers or a sandwich. For breakfast if you don’t want what is on the menu you can eat a bowl of cereal. That’s fair!!! They shouldn’t have to have a three page menu like a 5-star restaurant. Anyway I love this place and the staff that is currently in place at the [removed] facility. They are a great staff that cares about everyone in the building.

Some of the staff were amazing, but it was really going down hill when we left.
