They are easily accessible to questions. I can't compare but the rooms are a bit small. Brandi was always helpful. The one wellness director was great but she left.

They have great staff who cares about the residents and make sure they are good and safe. Love how they do different things like games or activities. Very cleanliness, size is good for a wheelchair or walker.

Upon entering the facility, you can't help but notice the improvements being made, new floors, new gameroom, etc.. The staff greeted me upon entering and made me feel welcome. After a brief tour and talking to a few residents (that seem to like it there) I would recommend Oasis as a good place to put a family member in need in.

Since Breuer Health took over Oasis at Elizabeth, the facility has been amazing! They’ve done beautiful renovations, and the community feels warm and welcoming. The care is excellent, and the owner is hands-on, visiting regularly to make sure everything is up to the highest standards. I would definitely recommend Oasis at Elizabeth!

I want to start by saying this is " A place away from home". This is not your regular " Assisted living facility". This place is filled with love, laughter and compassion. We are fun here, we involve providers, the new owner, and even strangers with any activity to build/grow this small community. Though there are ups and downs and issues at times, they never get overlooked. The maintenance, BOM, Admin, Medtechs, CNAs, Housekeeping and even the Dietary staff- They run a tight shift around here. They are always on top of things. They create memorable relationships with us residents, attend to the needs where our families don't attend to. We are not that facility where there are owners and the residents never seen their face or know their name. We area family here especially with new ownership-[removed name]. The staff do a great job of not allowing us to feel abandon, hopeless, helpless nor lonely. We love them dearly!!

What we like the most about the community is that there are plenty of activities to keep the residents busy. Yes, I would recommend the community to others and I have been doing it

The facility is very clean, well kept, the food is good. Management and staff are efficient, caring and very helpful. Activities and transportation are available.

What we like the most about The Club is the friendliness of the staff, especially Stephanie. she was always helpful. The staff seemed generally concerned about each resident. My mother loved it there. She wanted to go back, but her health would not allow.

I would rate all of them being a 5. My mom has since passed away. During the 5 months that she was there she got the best care. Everyone their looks out for each other. Even other residence helped my mom when she needed it. They had lots of activities and they included and encouraged everyone to attend. The staff there was absolutely amazing amazing to my mom and myself right up until the very end and even after with myself. It was part of her journey to her final destination. I was hoping this part of her journey would last 5 to 10 years, but that wasn't God's plan.

My 89 year old Mom has lived alone, in an owned home, for almost 50 years. Needless to say, approaching her with the subject of the need for her to change her living situation was very difficult, to put it mildly. I made an appointment to tour the facility and [name removed] , the Marketing Director, put our minds at ease and gave us all the information needed for us to sit down as a family and start the transition. She is now a resident and we can all finally sleep at night knowing she is safe and taken care of. She would rather continue living in her own space than living with us and The Club is the perfect place for her. She even has lifelong friends that are residents too. We are all so happy about her new place.

This place feels at home. The staff always willing to help. [name removed] was wonderful explaining the facilities of The Club. She gave me the time to make sure I was happy with the place. I had been using the Adult Care Program. First the Half day and also the whole day program. Their food offered is great. [name removed]will addressed any doubts concerning your significant other needs. They have a new employee from Puerto Rico. I felt so happy. She is bilingual. I think her name is [name removed]. She was great with my husband the day he stayed the whole day. I can just have positive comments about this place. I highly recommended it.

Very caring and friendly place. The staff is excellent. There are many activities for the resident to participate in. Would recommend this place for any of my family members. Consider this place for good care for your family member.

Newer resident of The Club and the needs have been met with professionalism and compassion. Understanding the changes of one's life style going from own home to assisted living can be challenging, but everyone is so welcoming that those changes are less difficult. Taking the time for "How you doing stop bys" means alot! During the move in process, the staff was very cooperative in letting family members set up the living arrangements (furniture, personal belongings, etc) to make the move easy. Contract and paperwork processed also with ease. A special thanks goes to the Wellness director for her conversations

We had a great tour at the Club at Haines City. Our host [name removed] was gracious with her hospitality. She answered all of our questions and spent extra time with us. [name removed] knew our concerns as we were researching our choices for my mother in law.

I toured The Club recently looking for a place for my mom. [name removed] was so helpful as she showed us around. The facility is so nice and clean and it was nice to see that they are making more improvements. All the staff was friendly and the residence seemed happy. I am planning to move my mom there as soon as possible. [name removed] has answered all of our questions and made the process easy so far.

[name removed] was on the ball and keeping me informed of what was going on she’s an asset to your company I recommend her highly everything she told me was honest and reliable I recommend to anyone interested give [name removed] a call if she doesn’t answer leave a message she’s very helpful and will return your call faster than I had from others I tried working with

This is a beautiful community. Everyone was smiling as we toured by [name removed] who was beyond sweet and knowledgeable. The other residents seemed to really enjoy the community. This is a I look forward to coming to.
