I have lived here for 6 years. I lived in Independent Living. I am very very happy. I enjoy the many activities provided for the residents. We have ice cream socials. parties , and great service along with wonderful people. An added feature is our new on property doctors facility. They are excellent.

Blue Palms Senior Living is located in a beautiful city with lots of shopping and good restaurants. They offer a medical clinic on site as well.

The faculty is extremely helpful and the facility is extremely clean and has many amenities available for residence.

The administration is very attentive and the lobby is gorgeous!

They give my loved ones such individual care. I think that the personnel is really spectacular; very caring and gentle. Maybe the food could use a little improvement. I think they are trying really hard to make my parents adjustment as seamless as possible.

My parents reside at St Josephs John Knox Village the serving staff the nurses, and staff seem to have been there for quite some time which indicates their turnover rate is low. Michele Caruso goes above and beyond to assist my parents always in a timely mannner, she is consistent in her job and manages the people under her great. Always ensuring that my parents are well taken care of. Overall rating pleasant.

They are fantastic. I don't have any complaints, about food or activities, or anything. They were the best of all the places I checked out. They were much less in price than the others as well.

i moved in here and it only took me about a week to appreciate and love it like no other place… I have so many activities and so many friends now and i didn't realize how lonely i had been and the staff is fantastic and the food is terrific and i seem at least 20 years younger now.

We liked this community when we looked at it. They offer twenty four seven nursing care. The people we met were nice. This is a buy in community so these residents have priority over the residents that have not bought in. This is a high rise community. They are nice and accommodating. This community does have a long waiting list.

They are really doing a good job. Nothing is perfect, and it's still pretty new to us, but they have professional management, good staff and a good facility. She loves it there. We are very happy with them.

Friendly and helpful staff. Flexible and great with communication. I only didn't give a 5 because I have not received an address to be able to forward mail and get internet still and it's been 6 weeks.

I was admitted to the Nursing Care Facility eight weeks ago. A nurse and nursing aide greeted me. They took my vitals and I received the medication that was due for the time period.Then received my medication when it was due. Because the place was under staffed, sometimes you had to wait on an aide. One thing that I don’t like about the facility is that you only receive a shower once a week. Other times you had to clean yourself. I was lucky and had a great roommate until he went home. Some of the patients are scary and maybe should be in a Mental Hospital. The meals are decent and you can have snacks outside of the meals. I ate my meals in my room but you can eat them in the Community Room. There are activities to attend, and since I am getting old, my favorite is bingo three times a week. Thanks have nice prizes. I see the house doctor once a week. He gives you a quick exam and orders medication if you need them. In closing, I would say my experience here has been good.

Epworth Village is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Even the food is tasty, all of the soups are very tasty. I join my mother for lunch in their dining room a few days a week. I wish there were some more activities to keep her busy during the week, but they are helping her adjust. She doesn't speak Spanish and there are a lot of Spanish speaking residents so she can't communicate with everyone, but she is finding English speakers to make friends with. I am very happy with Epworth village and their attention to detail.

Epworth Village Retirement is going okay. They need to stop letting the regulars in the kitchen. The kitchen tables aren't clean. The entire kitchen is unorganized. The parking lot needs a security guard. There is a lot of traffic speeding through. They need real security people that are qualified out there. Other than that everything is normal here.

I looked at a studio apartment no way on the Oriole side, way far back. Not good Looked at some else apartment the flooring much better the kitchen A real stove I'm at the Oriole side I didn't want to be in this back, it's creepy I looked at a different area where I could see the washers and dryers and the gym, I never wanted to be in The Oriole, that's where I am Not the look of this apartment compared yo others with nice stoves, not a very old "Hotpoint" as a kid those caught on fire, we never had one. There was 12 of us. I was told in person there is wifi, no I'm using My Hotspot for wifi my streaming services are paid already I was given false information, there's Dishtv Head of Maintenance got that on for me, I was yo br given a channel list Monday it's Wednesday no channel list & no way to get Dishtv on my tv. I've called & left messages no reply Supervisor is new, she verbally gave me wrong information My Walmart order from Nov 4th the rest didn't arrive at my Apartment up

On the rehab side, be wary. Intake staff were SUPER NICE, my initial impression of the facility looks was fine. Well, for over a week he BARELY received any care. He got one PA visit, who had orders and a plan re tests & other activities— that was then ignored. PA never came back. Staff said they didn’t know anything about his plan of care. He got a 5 min facetime from a doctor, who said hello and goodbye. PT was kind of a joke. The room wasn’t clean. For over a week, no one vacuumed or swept, wiped down any surface, or the bathroom. Roaches were left for me to clean up. (His roommate left and the empty food containers and trash were left to sit for a week.) No RN ever spoke to him about his condition or how he was progressing. When I asked them I was treated like they didn’t understand the question. I have experience with multiple rehabs. I’ve seen worse but this is nowhere to go if you can avoid it. One home health agency later told me they hear this about them a lot.
