Bellevue Villages

I really liked the layout of this community, they had an open floor plan and lots of space for all of the residents to live comfortably. The bedrooms where beautiful and had lots of natural light throughout the apartment. I have no complaints about or tour of this community and would defiantly recommend them.

My mother has recently started to participate in the activity program they offer on campus as well as often taking new and exciting field trips throughout the week. The chef has adjusted to my loved ones diet and has help accommodate her vegetarian needs. I am overall very pleased with this community and would highly recommend it.

I was impressed during our visit when I saw the the studios they had to offer. The bedrooms where very well maintained and had a lot of extra space. The dinning room and lobby where filled with happy residents and the staff provided great information on the community to my loved one and I.

It was time to move on, my mom fell twice in two days and I felt she needed more care. They would have charged me extra to stay with the extra assistance. There are people who are fond on my mom. The first year we were here it was great under [Removed], now under Brookdale there has been many staff turnovers. We had a lot of good experience but there were too many changes.

They are pretty good. The food is terrible, but other than that, it's clean and the staff is friendly. The food is really bad though, the eggs are cold and the bread is hard, it's really not good.

They have been pretty good. I don't have any complaints about how clean it is or the staff, or anything really. I am pretty happy with them.

The staff is friendly and caring. The communication is good, they call us when they need to and that is very positive. There willingness to work with whatever my grandfather is going through is a very high standard. For an assisted living they do there job, he just may need more care. But their willingness to provide the care he needs to the fullest extent is good.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but all of the Brookdale properties we saw in the Woodstock area seemed very nice.

Overall they have been great. There have been a few bumps as far as trying to connect the dots. The facility is maintained, and well taken care of. The staff has been really good, they are very friendly. It's like anywhere you have some more friendly than others, and the office staff has been terrific, very supportive of me. Nurse V. has been great, as well as Joyce, Grace, Cheryl, and more that I could name but everyone is so great! The only thing I have noticed, is that they seem to be a little low on staff. ShaVanda the sales person, was very sympathetic and has a great personality for what she does. She was concerned about my mother and whether or not I was comfortable, and was willing to work with me on the pricing. It's shows their overall attitude, it's about the care and the well being of the residents, and the family, not just the money. It's a warm inviting environment, people are out and about and socializing. I'm pretty happy with them.

They have done pretty well, so far. They keep it really clean, and the staff is very friendly. There really aren't any concerns or improvements that are needed, at least that I can think of off the top of my head. It was in a good location for us, and that is one of the reasons we went with the Emeritus.

I liked this facility. Pay by level of care which I am not fond of.

Overall they've done a great job here. The facility itself is always very clean and well kept, and they provide all sorts of activities to keep the residents engaged and entertained. One thing that I've really appreciated is how friendly the staff is, and that they seem genuinely interested in my loved one. They really go out of their way to make sure the residents are comfortable and happy.

Do not want multi story community.

We toured this location when we were looking into options for our loved one. This is one of the two Emeritus facilities that we toured in the area, and both of them looked very nice. This community was two stories, which is something we wanted to avoid to make sure our loved one could navigate the community easily. During our tour everyone was very friendly, and the residents looked happy and well cared for.

I liked the layout of this one a bit more, the facility was all on one level and would be much easier for our loved one to navigate. This was our second choice, and we would have gone with this one had a spot not opened up at the last minute at the one we liked slightly more.

Visited, loved the building, cafeteria, social areas, but did not like the rooms.

It is located in close proximity of our home so it makes it convenient for our family. They have a wide variety of food and each meal we have tasted was very good. We were at a different community before and it seems that Emeritus does a little less when it comes to care services.
