The Woodlands at Hillcrest community is very bright, cheerful and comfortable. We do not have much to compare the cost to, but we do think the value for cost is right in line with other facilities.

Loved the location, the memory unit was very airy, with a lot of space. It is clear the residents are well-cared-for. We are still in the research-gathering mode, and this is definitely in the running for Mom

It is the best community. My loved one is thriving. I would highly recommend it. Overall the care, cleanliness, activities, and the staff. Great customer support. The food is enjoyed by my loved one. The quality and options are good.

The staff is very friendly and they have a great culture and a professional atmosphere. The activities are really good and are so patient and full of life. They have a big courtyard for the residence to enjoy. The community is smaller so you get more one-on-one attention. I know I made the right decision for my loved one.

My loved one is in the memory care and it is a locked down area. You are not able to go back to see your loved one. We should be able to go back to see our loved one after COVID restrictions lift. You are able to make an appointment to see your loved one, but not in their room. Everything looks beautiful, and pretty homey.

The community is top notch. This is the one my loved one picked out of several communities we toured. The community has awesome staff! My loved one enjoyed the food. The staff is very friendly along with the residents. There are a lot of smiles.

We looked at a lot of different communities, and due to the value, price, staff this stands out on their care. This seemed less of a business feel compared to the others. Anytime we spoke to the staff they seemed to remember everything and seemed to really care. This is still this way, that they remember everything and give personalized attention to the family and residents. We don't have to worry or feel that we have to check up on our loved one due to the care.

Our family was able to do an in person tour and we had a great experience. The staff member we met with were super super friendly, and very helpful we have nothing bad to say. However, we did not choose the facility just due to our loved ones health condition, they needed a specific type of care, and they are more active.

When we are able to get inside the community it is very clean as well as the outside, and our loved is satisfied with the meals. Our loved one does not always participate in the activities, but we do know they have them. One of the reasons we chose this community was because of the value. It is very reasonable.

The management is great to work with, and the communication is very good. They are quick to respond. They are open to feedback also. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this community to others.

The staff was very good at communicating with the residents and families. I would recommend this community, and I would go there to check it out again. I think it should be on your list to visit.

My loved one is getting involved in the activities the community has to offer. The community is very nice. I like the fact it is a compact community. I would recommend this community to others for others for their loved ones.

This facility has done a great job with their covid plan. The staff is wonderful and the activities director is my sister's favorite staff member. The community has a hairdresser and the value of the facility is good.

We chose River Bend Assisted Living and Memory Care because it was close to family and it was cheaper than others we looked into at the time. The only room we have seen is the room for 2 that they have, they wanted to stay together and it has been perfect for them. We have not eaten here but my in laws have said that the food is really good. They said the portion sizes are great and they also have treats for the residents. The facility is in a great location it looks like a big hotel. They have a small memory care unit here as well. I would definitely recommend

It a new top-notch facility. They have tried to come up with ways for us to visit, we could visit with a partition this summer. The room sizes are nice, and my mom says she likes the food. Their communication is very good. They send weekly covid updates. I would recommend this facility.

Journey was the best facility that my mom lived in. She passed away December 2019 at 93 years old. She lived in other facilities in the last eight years and Journey was the best. The staff understood the residents needs and provided outstanding care and support.

Moving our Father into Journey was such a blessing he has made friends, been more social and is being very well taken care of.

My husband went to Journey at the end of his life. He spent three weeks there before passing. The staff took great care of my husband beyond belief. I would recommend Journey to anyone. Loving, caring Staff.

My 92 year old mom moved into Journey Senior Living in mid-march just before all facilities went into lock-down. Journey Senior Living has done a fine job of communicating during this difficult time. We Skype with our mom and receive photos. They now allow outdoor visits. Our mom is always happy and in good spirits when we Skype. He enjoys the activities, She is safe and getting all of the help she needs.
