What we like the most about the community is everything. The facility is very clean. The administration responds right away. The food is amazing. Activities every day. Staff and residents very friendly. They do have staff shortages sometimes like everywhere but the administrators will work the floor. I worked for Hospice and this was my 1st choice when I was looking to place my mother in law. We did look at 2 other places and she made the final decision for Stone Creek. She is thriving there!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect but the staff here goes above and beyond to assist with our transition. The housing is comfortable and the staff assists us with whatever our needs are. There are many activities to choose from cards to swimming including water aerobics, ballet, yoga’s we have live entertainment quite often. You feel right at home with whatever you choose to do or not do.

It's a very beautiful place that they remodeled from a Hilton hotel in Sharonville Ohio. It's a 12 story building you can't miss and it's reasonable. It's [fee removed] a month but that includes everything from housekeeping to two meals breakfast and dinner and they check on me twice a day, but I'm still independent and have my car but I have a driver. I'm very choosy about where I live in the conditions where I live the staff is very friendly. The food is excellent. The value is wonderful because it's [fee removed]per month of everything. The only thing I can find is they're too busy and I had to wait eight hours in the emergency room to get to even an emergency bed and then to a regular room but once I got there, the Care was excellent and the doctors are super intelligent to have a conversation with, and I believe I'll be out of here very soon because of the excellent care if you need any other questions, ask me and I will respond quickly to your questions!

The staff, the level of care. We are thankful my mom has the funds but for those who don't the cost of these kinds of facilities would be out of reach which we feel is extremely sad. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the Stone Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care community to others

It's a great place! The staff are just wonderful and people from the staff in the kitchen to the caregivers and nurses and the other residents that live at The Pines are so fun and great to be around - just good people.

Unique facility where the staff is very personable and caring. The apartments are beautiful. Amish food and the building is relaxed and personalized. They have continued to invest in community upgrades.

We moved our 94 year old mother in to Stone Creek 6 months ago. She had previously lived with our now deceased father in another highly touted assisted living facility just outside of our community from February 2020-February 2022. We were disappointed with the care, communication and lack of consistency with staff therWe moved mom to another assisted living community and quickly discovered the incredible picture painted by the director of marketing was very different in reality. We were quickly, once again, looking for a good assisted living home for mom. Third time was a charm and finding Stone Creek has been like winning the lottery! We are happy and impressed with every aspect of mom’s care. The director is incredibly helpful, friendly and caring. His leadership trickles down to what we observe to be happy, friendly and dedicated staff who provide outstanding care to residents. Communication to families is excellent and the facility is clean, welcoming and always looks festive.
