My Elim tour provided valuable perspective. The staff demonstrated remarkable expertise - during our walk-through, I witnessed them skillfully engaging residents with memory challenges in meaningful activities. The facility's cleanliness protocols exceed expectations, with specialized sanitization for high-touch areas. Their security infrastructure includes smart technology monitoring and coordinated emergency responses. I was impressed by the cognitive stimulation programs and physical therapy sessions. The dining experience features chef-crafted meals with seasonal ingredients. The community atmosphere feels genuinely familial.

This is a small place, and the staff tries really hard to work with the million different personalities of residents. The food is decent, but it could have more variety. My dad seems content and taken care of, so that is all that matters. They are super friendly. I would add that the staff makes themselves available to families as much as possible. They really do try to meet the needs of the residents. They know them personally and make connections to make them feel at home. I always feel welcome when I visit and have gotten to know the staff by name. They genuinely care for mt dad.

Magnolia Park has been a godsend for my mother In her time of need. When it comes to the cleanliness, not sure when housecleaning is done, have never seen it. Caregivers should not be expected to do that. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They seem to pamper my mother. For the care services as I said they seem to pamper her. But my concern is the constant turnover of staff and the shifts that are extremely short staffed. One person cannot possibly care for all the residents in that wing. I feel the meals have declined since moving my mom there in October. It was originally their claim to fame! The Thanksgiving & Christmas family meals were very nice but a lot has changed since then. Smaller portions and same meals over and over. The activities gal spends most of her time as a caregiver now. No time for activities. There are decorations for holidays and she did put a beautiful garden pole outside my mother's window with a bird feeder, sun catcher & wind chime since she spend most of her time in bed now. Compared to what other facilities charge, this is perfect for us!

The staff are easy to work with. They provide good care to my loved one. The facility is good as is, and they're in the middle of a remodel to make improvements. The price was right for what we needed, and I'm pleased so far.

I toured this community and it was nice. Very quiet. Parking for visitors is limited. Rooms are small and dark. The atmosphere itself was nice. They offered a shared room for 2 residents, 2 twin beds. Pricing was competitive.
