I have already recommended this community to others for their loved ones. [name removed] was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything ran smooth during our loved one's stay. The nurses were caring and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Allegro has been a wonderful experience in numerous ways. First of all, the Allegro "Senior Living Advisors" do a magnificent job in explaining what Allegro is all about. Conducting tours of the building, and delimiting the critical items in the decision-making process when selecting a place to live. Allegro is a beautiful as well as properly maintained facility. In addition, the employees are always courteous and helpful and do their best to accommodate the residents' needs. Also, there are fun and educational outings to restaurants, exhibits, and scenic locations. And the resident can use the Allegro van or car to go to local stores and medical appointments. The resident always has a clean apartment at Allegro since housekeeping including laundry service are done regularly. To summarize, the people at Allegro are friendly, conversational, and make new residents feel right at home. One final opinion: the meals are excellent with lots of choices on the menu. The dining room has all-day dining from 7am to 7pm so you can eat when you want to!

Our family had an in person tour with Allegro and it was very nice and a very well established community. It was the closest community to us out of all the places looked at, but the value for cost was much higher then we wanted. We were worried if our loved one moved in there, they would run out of money to quick

I lived in NY four months year and in Florida in a house in Villa Borghese Delray Beach for 8 months I love Florida and now I found Allergo and I am so excited to be in this facility.[name removed] workout everything while I was in NY with our Son,everyone is so nice and the staff is understanding and the food is so good,They take us to the doctor and shopping,there’s so much to do and we are very happy here in Alergo. [name removed] and [name removed]

From the start, everything just felt right. We have not been disappointed. My dad started in assisted living a year and a half ago. His health has declined and is now in the memory care area. It has been a blessing to keep him in comfort and getting the services he needs during challenging times. There is a lot of trust in caring for an ageing parent; we cannot be there with him 24/7. Allegro has great staff, and many care partners who come on site to complement the basic services, so the place is active , responsive and vibrant. The visiting services I have noted include physical therapists, beauty, entertainment, etc. I like having outside partners bustling about because this provides a sort of self-checking system where the best staff thrive. Other facilities that run a more monolithic in-house system can work, but often create conflicts of interest and a feeling of being up-charged constantly for profit motive. Allegro is a set price at a great value.

My best friend just moved in there and has found everyone so friendly, warm and considerate. The food can’t be beat! I just read another review where someone stated this place was simply an old lodge that was redone. That’s not true - as I watched it being built in 2013! It’s beautiful inside and out, well cared for and roomy. My best friend and her cat are so pleased she picked Stuart Lodge to live in, and I’m happy for her because it makes her ever so happy! Many thanks to all employed there for helping to make her so happy!

This community by far was my favorite. From the building itself to the staff. It really felt like home. everything about it was so wonderful.

We toured Stuart Lodge and the staff were very helpful, friendly, and thorough. I felt like it was smaller with a lot of people so I was claustrophobic. The courtyard is also smaller so people always had eyes on you. The residents here did seem happy.

We toured this community and liked it very mucn. The tour was great and the staff was very professional. They were able to answer all of our questions.

We have been residents at the Avidor in Evanston since early November 2020. It’s a wonderful place! The amenities are lovely, the apartments are spacious, open and bright, with floor to ceiling windows throughout. The staff is professional and extremely friendly and helpful. They are invested in helping residents feel included and even during the pandemic have done all that’s possible to bring a sense of community and inclusiveness, with many activities and options that enable people to feel safe, connected and comfortable. We couldn’t imagine a more appealing and welcoming environment.

This is my top pick. The facility was gorgeous and smelled clean. There were many residents milling about laughing and talking. One even told me (from a distance) that this was a great place to live. The apartments were actual apartments and had no hospital feel to them at all. In fact, I felt like I was in a really nice hotel. The studio was very large and would work just fine. The rooms have big windows that let in a lot of light. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Cost wise I would say it's comparable to area facilities I have visited. Maybe a little on the high end but the quality of life my mom would have towards the end of her life is worth it.

Brightest, most inviting layout. Smaller apartments but very functional. Residents we saw were charming. ED was very welcoming and engaging. Top choice as of now.

We chose this facility at the time because of the location, it was close to family member. And this facility was very attractive and the staff members here made the on boarding process customer friendly. The room sizes are good, they have options as well to choose from. I would tell others that with covid everything has changed, but they have gone more than above and beyond that has been required or expected during the situation, They are very responsive and following all the protocols to keep residents safe. I would absolutely recommend.

It's a very nice facility and the location is very good. They have a really nice area outside with an amazing view that the residents enjoy. I would recommend this facility to others.

The community has made a great effort in keeping the residence engaged, they play hallway bingo, and have been creative with activities during covid. We checked out 5 facilities and they were all about the same place and the Sheridan was the cleanest, prettiest, and my mom said most welcoming. I would recommend this facility to others.

The care services at The Sheridan are great, and the activities are the best part. They have daily activities like talking about newspapers articles, chairs exercises, entertainment they bring in as well as music they play themselves. They have a garden out on the patio, where the residents can go out get some sun and fresh air. The cleanliness really stood out to us, and we fell in love with the director. When we first met her, she was interacting with some of the residents, they treated both of each other like family. They have a wide variety of food for the residents to choose from, the menu changes all the time. They are also accommodating to the residents if they don' like one of the main dishes.
