Things are going great here at The Hampton. My loved one is enjoying living here. They offer a lot of daily activities. The food is good and they offer a variety of choices. The community is well taken care of. I would recommend this community.

My father has settled into this community very well, and I'am comfortable with his move here. Everybody has been very kind, and friendly. The staff is helpful when needed, and I know he is in good hands. When I go to visit the community, and his room are well maintained. They provide good meals, and have activities available for the residents when they are ready to participate. Everything has worked out well for us in this community, and I would definitely recommend it to my family, and friends.

This is a smaller community and it was perfect for my husbands respite stay. The staff were wonderful with his care and I had good communication with them. They do offer a lot of activities and trips out. They have a small exercise room and a piano the residents can play. We will be using this community again and I would recommend it for a respite stay.

[Removed] was great; she gave me a comprehensive and helpful tour of the facility. Their memory care area is light and bright in contrast to so many others which are dark and depressing. If I could get my dad to agree to move to NB, I think I would feel happy to move my mother to Elan.

The environment and everything they have to offer your loved one is outstanding. I was able to speak with a resident and she said she wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The staff we had the pleasure of meeting were helpful and nice. It is just out of price range for our loved one.

We toured this community and the staff was nice and the staff was able to answer the questions that we had. They would have had the care that we wanted. the activities would have been helpful for her to participate. We know that this is the nice community and we would recommend that families tour this community for care.

This is a great place! The staff are great with my loved one, and she's out socializing and participating in activities all the time! We also are pleased with the availability of the facility. Overall, we are very satisfied!

We have had a wonderful experience so far! Everyone has been very polite! The meals are great and they are sure to give my friend seconds on her meals. She is rarely left unattended, and she appreciates this because she knows she is safe. The facility has been just wonderful so far!

I like the care here at this community. The staff are very helpful and caring to my father's needs. The community is clean and a nice atmosphere. The menu is has been very good and he has been pleased with the variety. The do have a lot of nice activities. I would be happy to recommend this community for good care and value for other families

This is a great community for my husband's care. The staff is outstanding and attentive. The staff is nice. the menu is outstanding and we like how the other residents are getting good care as well as my husband. We liked the menu and activities for him when he wants to participate. I can not say how wonderful this community is for what we need for my husbands care. I think that other families would really like everything about this community.

Very happy to have Mom here. The staff is great and easy to talk with. There is good food with a lot of variety. They have some cool activities not that Mom likes to do them all, she would rather nap and they're okay with that too! Mom did join them for a road trip! We choose this place because we are very familiar with the area and its close to all of us. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

Everything is going just fine! My aunt is adjusting quite well and she is really enjoying her stay here. The facility is clean and the staff are taking great care of her! We do not have any complaints about the facility so far.

Wish We had found this place 1st very nice Staff.they have great food great chefs who cares about each resident. I will never live at Brookdale @ Sugarland

My mom is doing great. She participates in the activities they plan out. I like the personnel, they're over the top. Everybody is so kind. I absolutely would recommend them to others. When we came here we liked it and decided to move in.

My mother is doing great with her move to this community. I'am very pleased with all they have done for us. She is safe, and receiving great care. They have a great staff, and they have been very accommodating. They really listen to you, and care about their residents. Her room, and the facility are well-kept when I visit. She is pleased with the meals. They are great activities available for the residents. They do a great job with keeping the residents active, and their brains stimulated. It has been a lovely experience, and I would recommend this community.

Amazing. Never found a community and such compassion and love. Only sorry it wasn’t available sooner. Poet’s Walk made my mother’s last 5 months of her life (full of love, compassion, sense of family, involvement and tender loving care) the best. What an amazing group of people – from administrator on down. Everyone cares!

Having had family members at various memory facilities in the area, this is by far the best! Very caring and attentive staff, not only for the residents but the family members as well! Great job of keeping the residents engaged throughout the day.

This facility is very good! The facility is very clean. Whenever my mother would have small concerns, her needs were met in a timely fashion. As far as activities, the staff did their best to encourage her to participate and have fun.

My father is doing wonderful at this facility! It is very clean and the staff is very friendly! My father does not participate in too many activities, but he is still doing more than I ever thought he would! Serenades by Sonata is the best!
