Affordable Family Care Services, Inc.

We ended up placing her in Memory care at Cadence in Wake Forest. She was there for 5 months before the Lord took her home. I believe Cadence did the best they could. It was a clean environment and lots of fun activity. Honestly, it's hard because no one takes care of your loved one like you would. Having said that we wouldn't have done anything different.

[name removed] was very helpful in our intro meeting to discuss how they could help. Once we decided to move forward, they were able to find a nurse to help us. Unfortunately my Mom deteriorated rapidly so we had to cancel the service after only a few days.

I've had a good experience with Affordable. Especially with long-term caregivers. It can take time to find the right person. A Place for Momhelped me find Affordable care, I chose them because they seemed the most attentive to my needs.

We were kept informed of any necessary changes in Caregiver or delays. I would recommend to others. I picked this community because of the avalability of services.

Too many substitutes, but other than that it was a good experience. We would recommend Affordable Family Care to others if they can cut down on the substitutes. You train and become attached to a caregiver and then next they are gone.

This service is very accommodating and they will do whatever they can to satisfy your needs. They are very open and they listen and they will try to make sure that all of your needs are met. While using the services we had two caregivers that swapped out weekly. We did have to replace one worker and now the new person is working out greatly. We just wanted to make sure that my loved one was comfortable and that the caregiver fit. The company was quick to switch and find someone that would mesh better with my loved one.

We have had several caregivers since we started using Affordable Family Care Services and they have all been satisfactory. I would recommend this company to others looking for home care.

The staff was very friendly. There was some staff that was really great and others that were inconsistent. I would try to get a regular caregiver if you can for consistency. I would recommend this service to others based on my experience.

They're a good group, but you do have to weed through a few of the caretakers until you find the right one. They're very friendly. I enjoy talking to the head nurse. - she's very helpful.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one since they made the move into this community. The staff have been wonderful and very helpful when it comes to the care of my mother. They are on time to all of our appointments and remain professional in there work. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested.

We did not take any kind of tour, but we were able to speak with someone here. They were able to answer all my questions and give me the help that I needed. This service just was not what mom needed.

We have been using the services from this company for my mom for a while now and we are very happy so far with everything they have done for her. The caregivers that come to the home are always on time and very friendly. They accommodate her needs and make sure they can do there best to make sure she stays as comfortable as possible. Everything is working out pretty well for my parents with this home care agency. We have a wonderful care giver named Molly. She helps with cooking, cleaning, and personal care. I'am very pleased with all the help she has provided. She really goes the extra mile for them. This is a nice agency, but at first it was hard finding a care giver to come out to my parents house. We love Molly she is amazing and very helpful. This is a home care agency I would recommend.

I haven't had any complaints with their service. So far they have been helpful and reliable. They have been pretty nice, and everything has gone pretty smooth.

Our experience with Affordable Family Care services has been a good one, overall! The companions they've sent have been polite and friendly, and the office staff gets back to you very quickly if you have any questions.

We used Affordable Family Care Services when we needed the assistance with my mother. I would definitely use this service again. They were very friendly. We had simple needs, they would come sit with her while she slept, while she had pneumonia. The first girl was out of this world wonderful! They do have flexible hours. But beware that 1 night service actually has to be 3 nights, and it ends up costing more than expected at first. The owner is accessible, had his cell number to call with any problems and he would solve them.

Things are working well with the agency. Everything has gone smooth so far.

They were responsive and had good communication but with staffing they could improve on making sure the staff is qualified and professional. However they were very willing to work with us which we appreciated.
