I am comfortable. My family and friends come to visit. Sometimes they have lunch with me. We eat in my apartment so we can continue visiting. The food is good. And the chef will make a substitution if the menu is not to my liking. The servings are generous and well prepared. I feel welcomed here

Friendly staff who call residents by name. I'm very grateful for the care and attention given to each residents. Great communication with the family and home health/physician

Mackenzie Place was clean and beautiful. We liked that the community had a small number of residents. We were put off that they had restricted visiting hours.

I'm very pleased with the facility. It smells good most times I am there. It's like a hotel as far as hallways and décor. They, like most other facilities, are understaffed, which causes some issues from time to time. It would be a good reference for you to use.

We loved this place the first day we toured it. Everyone made us feel like family members and we knew it would be the best place for our aunt.

My dad has lived here for 2 years and he loves it. There are many activities and the staff are wonderful. The food is good but not always what he likes. They are able to make other things. They offer transportation and nursing care. I would recommend this place.

Mom has been so happy at Mackenzie. She loves living there. The staff are always so helpful. You should consider moving your loved one here. Anytime I need someone to talk to they are always available to help.

We picked this community because it's close to my home, smaller and it looks good. My loved one really likes it. I would recommend to others. The Executive Director is awesome.

My mom loves the place. It's an older small facility. It is very well kept. Very friendly staff. My mom loves the religious services provided. 2 per week Methodist and Baptist The staff is very responsive to the needs of the residents. Also very helpful to me as I live 4 hours away. They help me with things like helping me get documents signed. I send them via email. They print them out. Mom signs and they scan and send back via email. This seems small, but it really helps me out.

Staff is very friendly. There is plenty to do throughout the day. Everyone is very caring.

I am absolutely pleased with the way they take care of my aunt. My interaction with Lucas Place is always positive and productive. The facility is very clean and neat. The staff is kind and caring. Because the facility is smaller than most assisted living facilities, the atmosphere feels more like home.

We've been very happy with everything at Woodcreek Bend Memory care... They have gone above and beyond making sure that we were able to move in quickly and they took care of all of our concerns without hesitation

I toured with Residence at Whitcomb House and it was a great experience! The staff were all so friendly and really cared. They were great with their follow-up, even after we chose another facility. My loved one fell and they still call to check in on her.

WoodCreek Bend is an excellent facility. The staff are really nice people. My loved has been having some medical issues that are causing him to act up, but they've been really great with him.

Every time I go to Bluebonnet Place their residents are playing games, socializing, or engaging in something. I love that the residents enjoy being out of their rooms participating in activities. The staff have always been so friendly and helpful to me, and I always see them visiting with the residents. I encourage you to give them a tour!

We chose Broadmoor Place mainly because of the staff - they were all extremely friendly and professional. They seemed to have all their ducks in a row and were prepared for nay questions or concerns that I brought up. I find it extremely convenient, I live an hour away and it is on the north side of Bryan which is easy to get to. What sticks out most about this facility would be the staff, the cleanliness, and mom LOVES the food. I would absolutely recommend to others and already have.

What our family really likes about Emerson South Collins is all the opportunity my mom has to get out of her apartment and socialize.

Recently placed our 99 yr old Mother here and she seems to be adjusting as well as can be expected. Staff at the Winkler Place are very friendly and helpful...They have many activities such as Bingo, Exercise Classes, Church Service, Movies..etc. I highly recommend the Winkler Place in Carthage, Tx
