[Removed] was our host and she is an energetic and knowledgeable lady. Even though this is a new facility with residents not moved in yet it is easy to see what a nice place this is going to be. The building has been totally renovated and beautiful. The dining room decor and table settings rivaling that of a large cruise ship. [Removed], the activity director, was very helpful in describing her vision of how the residents will enjoy their time here. The apartments are quite large and well laid out. Closet space is huge! As for the restaurant operation I the residents will have to fill out their menu selection the day before which may be difficult for some. I know I enjoy my food selection at the time of seating and not deciding what I want for dinner tomorrow night. Not sure if this is how they do this at their other properties but if so it may not be an issue. All in all this is a great assisted living option.

I am happy living here in this nice community. The staff is always caring. I like the meals that are served here. I like a lot of the activities that are offered here. The crafts and the day trips are helpful. I would recommend this community for other families and their loved ones.

This place is the best kept secret in the Rogue Valley. I was so impressed from the moment I walked in the door. The Executive Director was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. It was very apparent that the staff knew their residents just by their interactions. The facility was clean, nicely decorated and didn't feel overwhelming in size like some of the larger places in town. We liked the hominess, the courtyard, and the general overall warmth of everyone we met. Looking forward to moving mom in soon.

My parents are very happy in this community. The staff is really attentive. I am happy that the community is clean for them to live in. They like the meals that are served. They are active in activities. We would recommend this community to other families for good care.

My mother moved here recently and so far she's happy there.They run it very well and she gets a lot of attention.The food is good and she likes it. They had a meeting at the beginning of the year to improve the food and it's been good so far. They offer a shuttle service so she can do activities outside of the community.It is a little concerning that the place is only half full and it's a little empty. She also has a mini fridge in her room that makes a lot of noise and it's been difficult to get them to replace it. Other than that it's been great so far and we would recommend this community to anyone.

I researched care centers twice in 2 years and both times recommended "Kent Place" for my aunt. She, toured it and moved. The care was excellent. Staff treated her as if she were a special family member. Strong bonds were formed. [Removed] went far beyond the call of duty. They made it a wonderful place. 200 characters is not enough space to review. I need 5 pages single spaced to do justice to a review.

We were able to tour this nice community. They offered a lot of great activities that would have been helpful. This community was clean and the staff were very nice and were willing to help us work something out for the cost of the care. We did like the community and it was great for the care. I would recommend other families to this community for great care.

Oak Creek Place is absolutely great! You couldn't find a more caring and dedicated team. They really do care about their residents and will go out of their way to help you in any way they can. It is a beautiful facility and so very clean. I just can't say enough good things about it. We are very pleased to have my father reside there.

I have no complaints about anything because I think it's wonderful. The food is great. Everybody is nice and helpful. Very happy to be here.

The workers and friends pick up after us and do things for us we can't do. The meals are great.

I am happy with the community. the staff is very nice and the care giving is very good. We feel that the meals need some small improvements. We have brought this to there attention and we are hoping that the meals will improve. The community is always clean and maintained all the time. They are offering my mom a lot of nice activities. This is a small community compared to others. I think that families should see for them selves if this is what they are looking for. I hope that the meals do improve over time.

[Removed] provided my mother and me with an excellent tour of this facility. We were positively impressed by the attention she paid to my mother's needs and wishes. We had warm introductions to key staff members. Excited that week long respite stays in well designed studio with large bathroom and walk-in closet as well as personal care with daily rates at $150. Hunter Crossing Place is our top option so far.

This place was really nice. The staff seemed friendly. There is plenty for residents to do. The rooms are also nice, just enough space for what my mom needs. Seems like mostly everything that the seniors need is right there in the building.

Staff are friendly and professional in their interactions. Facility is well cared for. Location by Pioneer Park is a huge plus. Very impressive full service care including pharmacy, registered nurse, and personal care givers

My husband is not able to do much due to his health not getting better. However, it is going fine and there has been no issues. The care has been great from staff that are really nice. [Removed], the front desk, is so nice. She can make your day and she is uplifting and wonderful. [Removed] is great with all she does for us.

I like this community for my parents. The staff is very helpfull and caring and they do offer some activities. My parents enjoy Bingo, puzzles, and Bible Studies. I am glad my parents are there and they seem happy with the community. I would recommend this community to other families for great care.
