Every staff member I run into says hello! I am welcome to see my mom anytime and even eat with her if I want. The food is good and they have a great snack selection. My mom loves the games like bingo and dominoes. She doesn't enjoy the exercises but she goes. But most of all, I think my mom is happier. She talks to people, participates in activities and she's safe.

They have been very kind. Kerry the activity director is so sweet. She always bring something fun in to do.

Pruitt is a beautiful place and the staff is excellent. My brother wanted to return but his circumstances wouldn't allow him to. I made great friends there and so did he.

I will start by saying I visited three centers before making a decision on where to place my mom. [name removed] , at the Oaks made the decision very easy. She was very helpful. She answered all of my questions. She made me feel like my mom was not just another number. The facility is very clean and pleasant. The staff is very nice and helpful.

I have a relative at Pruitt and she is so well taken care of! Everyone in the building is so helpful, from the directors and administrators to the concierge at the front desk, to the activities director…always happy and accommodating! The caregivers have been wonderful! They are so caring and show dignity and compassion. A wonderful place!

To say Pruitt Place is a caring and thoughtful senior living facility is truly an understatement. I am a local pastor that shares with the seniors on a weekly basis. Whenever I come, residents are always well attended to and seem to be ready to face the challenges of their days. The calendar is colorful and full of activities. There is even literally a red carpet when you enter, which is indicative of their red carpet treatment. I am very appreciative of the kindness of the executive team members as well as the staff, as they are always senior focused and visitor sensitive. THANK YOU PRUITT PLACE for being a wonderful addition to the Winston-Salem senior community and beyond.

My experience with PruittPlace Sandy Springs was very positive. [name removed] the Marketing Director was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He carefully guided our family with the transition of my elderly Mother from out of state. He did so with compassion and empathy. He was also very clear and detailed as he helped us problem solve issues. I am grateful for his service to our family.

My sisters and I recently moved our mother to Pruitt Place Sandy Springs and we could not be more satisfied! From our first meeting with [name removed] we knew this would be a perfect match for our mother. [name removed] was very patient (we had many questions and a few visits showing other family members), professional, knowledgeable and demonstrated genuine concern that our mother’s needs would be met. During our move we met additional staff members, all of whom were welcoming and caring. We are coming up on 1 month, and [name removed] continues to be accessible and keeps us updated with various activities our mother participates in and enjoys. I have had really positive experiences but I'm not the resident although to fair my friend doesn't always care for the food and of doesn't always think she needs to be there The price is perfect right now I'm impressed by cleanses and the no bad smells Can not say enough positive-things the staff ALL the staff Special call out to [name removed] She's the best ! [name removed] the CEO is on and follows up Things that could present negativity aren't worth addressing

The reassurance that the first week will be slightly confusing but the staff has been through this with the other residents and the newbie catches on quickly. The foods they like are made specifically for them to help ease the transition. The only other thing needed info on is what items are supplied and what items must be purchased by the resident i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and body wash, etc

After major surgery,needed respite care to get back on my feet. [name removed] and [name removed] went above and beyond helping secure medical equipment in Atlanta and Macon. Everyone,staff and residents,extremely friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend The Oaks to all. Made my road to recovery much quicker and painless

The staff was wonderful and the facility was beautiful. Everyone was very kind and helpful when we were moving my father-in-law in and extremely supportive when he passed. We were happy to be able to bring his furnishings from home and make the room his own.

It's a great place and we are glad we made this choice. They are changing ownership to [facility removed] this Wednesday. Yes I would definitely recommend

My mom recently had to go into Assisted Living after her fall. We toured the Oaks and was so impressed I felt no need to look any further. Everyone was so friendly, the place was clean, the residents bragged about the food and the nursing staff really had an interest to make everyone live safe, healthy, and to assist the needs of people that are unable to do for themselves. But, the most important factor was that my Mother liked it. We are only about 3 weeks in but Mom is so happy and has been well cared for. And when she is happy, I am happy. I feel everyone is looking out for her safety and that is most important to me!

We made the difficult decision to find an assisted living community for our dad. He was transitioning from living with me and my family to Forrest Heights. He has really enjoyed having his own space and feeling more independent than just trying to fit into our lifestyle. He cannot say enough good things about the food, he is always complimenting the chef! They have made his transition smooth and he feels comfortable and safe. That means the world to my sister and I.

This is my mother's third year in residence at Legacy Ridge at Peachtree. It's been such a wonderful place for her to live as she moves through her 80s. We can't say enough about the care and compassion of all the teams that work there. They provide such a safe and loving community; it shows from the moment you walk through the door. Their response time around any issue is superb. Their communication to family members is swift should something unanticipated arise. And the buildings are exceptionally maintained and cleanly. Our entire family is so thankful for everyone at Legacy Ridge that makes each day of mom's stay a good one.

My parents are residents of Legacy Ridge at Sandy Plains. Their experience has been outstanding. Specifically noteworthy are the demeanor of the staff, fresh meals, and sense of community found there. I strongly recommend Legacy Ridge at Sandy Plains for assisted living care for your aging family members.

Mom moved to Legacy Ridge a year ago this January. I think, like most seniors she was hesitant to leave her home of 50 years but from day 1 she started to feel at home. The facilities are beautiful, the staff and activities are wonderful and she has made many new friends over the past year. It is everything we had hoped for, and a place mom now calls "home".

The first time I visited Legacy Ridge, when searching for a place for my Dad, I thought to myself “I wouldn’t mind living here. The day we moved Dad in my son in law said “I wouldn’t mind living here. My teenage son visited a bit later and he said “I wouldn’t mind living here”. We were all impressed with the homey vibe Legacy presents as well as the genuineness of all the administration and staff members. It has been several months now since Dad moved in and I still feel the same way. The staff does a super job of taking care of Dad, communication with family, and providing great activities for the residents. The best part is you can tell they do it because they truly enjoy it. We have been blessed to find Legacy as a home for Dad.
