[name removed] was very friendly and easy to work with. Also was good with follow up. The staff seems friendly and caring. They have a lot of great activities there and my mother in law seems to like some.

Very happy they're very good care no matter when we stop by. Everything is good.

We moved my in-laws here over a year ago due to memory issues. They have received the best care from wonderful staff. It is small and they are very comfortable here. I don't think a bigger place would work.

My loved one was a resident at Frontida of Elkhorn. Everything was great for my loved one at this facility. The friendliness and cleanliness were great. The staff and quality of care was great also. I would recommend this facility to others.

My Dad needed a memory care facility and I didn't know where to start. Little did I know there was a facility close by us that was exactly what we needed. It is a very scary sensitive time in your life when you're having to find devoted care for a loved one. They answered all of my questions in a very patient caring manner. I highly recommend you give them a call if your loved one needs full time assistance.

The staff were very attentive and very caring. They tried to keep people involved. Frontida provided a safe place for my loved one. Some of their activities included bingo, board games, making paper Mache or coloring. They also made flower pots and other things like that. I would definitely recommend Frontida of Germantown to others.

All the staff is welcoming, pleasant, and do a really great job with my husband who has Alzheimer's and be unruly. The facility, itself is always bright and very clean. Atmosphere is pleasant and calming. Couldn't be happier. Food is good, too.

I work in the industry, providing placement options for seniors and their families. Frontida of Germantown is one of the many communities we are pleased to partner with. My recent experience and extra care taken with my client by this Frontida team was exceptional. The community and residents were clean. The residents were all watching TV together and were happy. The caregivers were nice and hustling to clean up after lunch. Leadership was out in the community checking on residents and helping wherever they were needed. My whole impression exceeded my expectations. Frontida of Germantown is a smaller, newer community. It is an excellent option for memory care. Highly recommend Frontida of Germantown! Thank you!

We toured a number of places when our parents needed to go into a memory care facility. We considered many factors and felt most comfortable with what was offered at Frontida of Germantown and moved them both in. We were all quite anxious about moving them out of their home and the staff did everything they could to make the transition as easy as possible. It went very well and we can't say enough of how caring and nice all of the staff were and continue to be. We certainly have peace of mind that they are safe at all times and well cared for. Many of the staff go above and beyond to keep them happy. We visit on a regular basis at various days/times and every time we do, we leave feeling that we made the best decision. We would highly recommend Frontida of Germantown for anyone looking for a reasonable, high-quality home for their loved one.

They take good care of my loved one. They have good supervision there, and caring employees. When she needs changing, they change her and always make sure she's comfortable. They make sure she has liquids even when she doesn't really want to drink anything. I would recommend them to other families.

I have to say this community has it all, the residents are able to do enjoys activities and daily living in a cleanly environment. The staff genuinely care about the residents, I highly recommend sending your loved one here.

We put our mother at Tender Reflections in March of 2018. The administrator at that time was caring , helpful and filled with love. Her and the staff were so caring of what we wanted for our mom. Then the main administrator left and slowly things started not happening. We had concerns but the staff were so good to our mom we couldn't move her. In January, I recived a call from the building, and lone behold it was MY administrator that I cared for so deeply that left and she is back. I know her and her team will get what needs to be done with caring and understanding.

Everyone is so nice. They do take care of everyone very good and they treat them very good. I'm glad I have my there. If my mom has any problems or fells I get called. My mom likes it too and that's what matters to me

I toured this facility with [name removed] who is one of the companies administrators and I absolutely loved this facility. There are no smells of urine and the care staff and administrator were very knowledgable and friendly. We stopped in without an appointment and [name removed] gave us a tour on the spot. I was able to see what it was like without a facility getting it ready if I were to have an appointment. We decided we would be calling this our mothers home but she passed away a few days later. Keep doing what you are doing there. Highly recommend!

Lovely space, lots of Windows, walking paths inside and outside. Staff friendly and helpful. Residents looked well cared and facility very clean.

This community is very very nice. And all the people who have visited has said that I couldn't have found a better place for her. The staff is helpful and very nice. My wife seems to have adapted well. They try to get her engaged in daily activities. The food is good I think she is eating better here than she did at home. They have reasonable pricing here and they accept family care and medicaid. It is very clean in there and they will do her laundry if she asks them to. I would recommend this community.

My mom moved into Tender Reflections over 2 weeks ago and she has just flourished! She needs less care now than she did 2 weeks ago. It has had a very positive influence on her both physically and mentally! It is a really beautiful facility with beautifully furnished bedrooms. The staff is very nice and helpful. Mom says the food is "fantastic". Can't say enough about it!

This community was so beautiful! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking. I heard they are planning to build more in other locations as well. The rooms were very spacious and the place had a comfortable feel while we toured.
