Moving my mother to Brookdale Castle Hills has been a wonderful experience! The staff is absolutely fantastic! Estella, the Sales Manager, is a joy to work with and was instrumental in assisting us through the process. I don't know what we would have done without her expertise. The nursing staff and care are top notch and do a great job of communicating with family as needed. They are kind and gentle people who take wonderful care of their residents. This facility has a family environment and culture that makes you feel comfortable and at home. There are tons of activities, exercise classes, and trips that are fun and keep the residents active and happy. My mother lives in a spacious studio apartment that has lovely wood floors and plenty of room. The meals are prepared lovingly and are super delicious. My mother brags daily about the food! Brookdale Caste Hills has been such a blessing for my mother and she looks forward to keeping this as her home for many years to come!

My friend recently placed her husband at Colonial Gardens. It was a difficult decision for my friend, but the executive director was very kind and gentle and provided us with lots of information that assisted in making the decision to place him at their facility. We toured the facility and it we were met with friendly and knowledgable staff and a beautiful and warm environment. Each resident has their own room, but the staff encourages group interaction by the residents and the community areas are comfortable and homey. The outdoor area is treed and landscaped beautifully and completely secured by a tall privacy fence. They have a physician who comes to the facility and sees the residents and communicates with their families. Their staff communicates with family either directly or via phone as frequently as the families request. Their food has that home cooked taste and family and friends of the residents are encouraged to join their loved ones for meals. If I ever have need to place a loved one I am hoping that Colonial Gardens would have space.

My father and I were blessed to receive a phone call for an invite to visit Colonial Gardens; Arelene made us feel right at home with everyone we met. Doing paperwork was just a formality, we had found mom her forever home at last! We will forever be grateful for love and care shown to my mother and father. Daddy became at ease almost immediately after he saw how well mom relaxed and fit right in. She had the best care in her brief stay till her last breath at CG. We will continue to visit and remain a part of the CG family! Thank you for being the very best in memory care, YOU ROCK COLONIAL GARDENS, THE MOST WONDERFUL STAFF, each and EVERYONE OF YOU! Mom has been at Colonial Gardens for almost 6 years. It was a difficult decision to move Mom from her own home of 60 plus years but she was no longer able to care adequately for herself and I was living far away. Colonial Gardens came highly recommended by Mom's neighbor. After touring multiple facilities we decided to move Mom. Over the years I have never had cause to regret that decision. The facility is well taken care of and kept clean. The food is tasty and freshly prepared...sort of wish I had them as my cook! Activities are geared to the needs of the residents and have changed to reflect that over the years. Families needs and requests are given attention and the upper management is always available to hear any concerns. Residents are treated with love, care and respect. True to the nature of the industry there has been a struggle to maintain quality staff at times but the upper management strives for top notch care and always manages to put a great team in place. Colonial Gardens is truly a place where staff and residents become one family! Mom has been happy and well cared for.

Colonial Gardens is a very caring, loving home-like house to place your loved ones. My mother had her own private room which we were allowed to decorate. Visitors were welcomed. Activities were regularly scheduled and fun for the residents. The residence was always clean, and smelled nice. Meal time was a treat for residents. Amanda Sharp is an excellent administer, and Roshele was a fantastic nurse. I attended a class there to learn more about dementia, and Alzheimer's . I recommend Colonial Gardens highly, All of the staff were very capable, caring individuals.

Colonial Gardens ALF is going really well. Compared to the care she is receiving the value is good. She has been engaged and entertained every time I come to visit. I think the people that work there are very caring. You really get high quality and compassionate care here. I am very pleased with this facility.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the home; there were no malodorous smells. Also impressed that there is a live-in caregiver on site. The grounds were nice for walking and enjoying nature. The private rooms were a bit small but sufficient for my client.

The staff bends over backwards. They have been very accommodating. They were very helpful and continue to be helpful. It is spotless! The staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place.

My dad has been at New Hope for a month now. Despite his severe dementia he adjusted to the move and seems to enjoy the "family" atmosphere (as opposed to the larger institution where he was previously). I like that he is encouraged to just sit back and nap on the couch alongside others in the living area instead of having to stay in his room. Owners Elena and John are onsite, available, and interacting with the residents. Most importantly the staff is stable so they learn how to communicate with each resident, and residents are surrounded with familiar people instead of constant turnover. Elena was especially helpful in making moving day run smoothly.

My loved one was only here briefly, but our experience with Colonial Gardens was a very positive one, they're absolutely awesome! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the staff are all very friendly and professional. My loved one showed a lot of improvement during his time here, and eventually improved enough to be able to live at home again! I really can't say enough good things about them, I would recommend Colonial Gardens highly!

When I came and visited this community, the lady that showed me around was very nice. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. Overall, from everything that we saw, the community was a great place and we liked it.

The staff was caring and attentive. They presented a warm atmosphere. When my father passed, they were gracious and comforting. When Mom needs a place, we will not be going any place else.

Loved this place while my Aunt spent her last months there. The staff made her very comfortable. I wished she could have enjoyed it for longer, the home is beautiful and new, meals we're wonderful and friendly environment.

I don't know much about activities because my wife was there when she had severe dementia. I like that the place was closest to home. There was space available, it was highly recommended. The place was immaculate and very nice. We were very pleased with the service down there. We found them very compassionate, understanding, and helpful.

They are doing a great job. The staff is very friendly, and it's kept clean. The food would be a four. I picked them because I felt more welcomed by their staff than anywhere else, and the facilities were beautiful, I mean gorgeous! They also provided all the services in house that I needed. They had visiting doctors, and home health, and physical therapy, all of those kinds of services. You should definitely check it out, it's certainly worth looking into.

I am pleased with it. The one thing that was an issue, was my contact information, I gave them all of my current contact information, somehow, they got an address that I had years ago and used that to mail some very important paperwork. Other than that they seem to be doing well.

I could not have picked a better place than Colonial Gardens for my Mom. Not just overloaded with patients which makes it possible for the staff to take care of everyone's needs and know each one personally! It's my Mom's home away from home. A very quant and personal facility. They make it like she is at home only with unlimited care for all her needs! It has taken a lot of the stress out of her life and mine so we both can live the rest of our lives in harmony and as little worry as possible!
