We have had a great experience with Superior Senior Care of Texarkana. It is nice to know that I can always get someone if we need someone and we are in a bind. I would recommend to others who are looking.

[Name removed] and her team came into my life at the right time. I just wished I had found them sooner! Sarah's was THE FIRST service to contact me. It was extremely overwhelming because I was bombarded with calls following our conversation; however, after speaking to several other services, it was something different with Sarah's that immediately put my mind at ease. It was the best decision we could make. She is very patient, and she and her staff GENUINELY care. Our home-care aid, [name removed], has basically become a part of our family. She is ALWAYS there when we really need her. She helps to change my mom, bathe her, offer companionship when my dad has his own PT appointments. She has been an angel! My mom loves talking with her, and my dad appreciates all the support [name removed] provides. [Name removed] has just been such a pleasure and extremely reliable. If you find yourself overwhelmed with seeking assistance to help with an aging parent, PLEASE take the time to speak with [name removed] and her team.

We had a great experience with At Home Eldercare. We got a very nice caregiver, she was very sweet and attentive with my cousin and was very encouraging. I would recommend them to others who are looking and already have to one of my friends.

They were responsive and the staff they selected were very good and caring people. We used them more of companion care and also small tasks to assist our loved one. The office staff was very good to work with.

We went with Southern Made home care for all of the above reasons. We have had no scheduling issues with them what so ever. They are all around great, friendly, and very professional. The care givers pay attention to detail and are sensitive to our needs. I would recommend them to others looking.

They're intensively managed. They keep up with their employees and they know what's going on. There's frequent communication and feedback, and they seem to be on top of everything. They worked with me on the cost. The caregivers have been fine and have met and exceeded my expectations.

Everyone we have encountered has been great, there is one worker that comes over to help our loved one and she is amazing. Our loved one has really been able to bond with her and gets excited on the days she comes over to help out.

We called Tate and Mindy after my neighbor told me how much their caregivers helped with her husband after his back surgery. My partner and I are getting on in years and needed help with stuff around the house and I really don't want him driving anymore. We are so thankful to have found a trio of folks who each come once a week to help out and keep us active and eating fresh food. Thank you for being so flexible and kind.

The owner is phenomenal, if there has been an issue she has come and seen my loved one herself and made sure everything is ok. The service is worth every penney. They were on-site within 2 days of us calling. I would recommend this service to others based on my experience

They show up on time and do everything on the list that they're supposed to do. They're a really good service. We have two different caregivers. One goes above and beyond, and the other is still great. We're on a set schedule, so everything is the pretty much the same day to day.

This company is very professional and responded immediately when I called them. I live 2 hours away from my brother and could not be there to find out why he sounded so confused. The nurses went that evening and I was given an update on his status. I am a retired RN and had several questions and concerns. This quick response was so helpful.

They are a very reputable company. They provide the caregivers as requested. They are by the book with their policies. The office staff are very friendly to deal with. They are very prompt at responses. They provided companion care and preparing some meals for my loved one.

I have used Senior Helpers for a scheduled 3 hrs per visit, twice a week. We have been fortunate to have Mike after the first initial visit. He tries to engage my husband with Alzheimers of 9 years and that is not always an easy task. He is prompt, easy to talk to and seems to enjoy what he is doing.

We found them to be very helpful when we needed to change our hours. The CNAs were very dependable. The administrative staff have been very helpful as well. We liked that their services were available any time. It's expensive though, especially paying out of pocket. I just wish they would take insurance.

We had a great experience with Synergy home care. The caretakers were great and it was not just a job for them, they earned my moms trust. I would just tell them what you are looking for and they will pair a caretaker with you who will work with what you need. I would recommended to others who are looking.

They have done a very good job with my mom and go beyond expectations. The customer service is amazing. My mom really likes the caregivers and she enjoys the time they spend together. I would recommend this service to others.

We chose Steps HomeCare Services because they were agreeable to work within our budget, they returned my phone call property, and they were an on hands agency, so the administrator was very present. The caregivers were very compassionate, caring, and took care of my mother well. There were a few things I was not 100% pleased with such as cooking and cleaning skills. I would recommend this agency to others looking.

Thanks so much for all you did for us last week. My mother was at peace Friday when she passed. We are so grateful for you stepping right in and making it happen – to handle meds and watching over our Mom in her last day.
